They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly! Alexa is the BEST! Kiko had a very hard life before we adopted her last June, and is very fearful. I don't know what it is, but Alexa brings out something in her, and she just loves having Alexa around. I say that we didn't pick Alexa, Kiko did, and that is 100% true. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
