I ended up adding three extra visits so she could continue monitoring him, and she was reliable and communicative throughout. I really appreciated her taking on the extra work while Hazy wasn’t feeling well.”

I have one dog who's a little more nervous to meet new people and she was very comfortable with Jay. It was obvious that Jay really loves animals and that he cares about their happiness and well-being.
