From the moment I met her, I could tell how genuinely caring, patient, and experienced she is with dogs. Her husband was also wonderful and clearly helped make Kofi feel comfortable and loved during his stay. While we were out of the country, she and her husband went above and beyond in every possible way. She sent incredibly thorough updates throughout the day with photos, videos, and detailed messages that truly gave me peace of mind. I didn’t have to wonder how he was doing because she kept me so informed and reassured the entire time. What meant the most to me was how patient and understanding she was with him. Kofi is very attached to me and takes time to adjust, but she treated him with so much kindness, gentleness, and love. She truly cares about the emotional well-being of the dogs she watches, not just the basic care. Because of this, I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing he was safe, happy, and in such capable hands.
