From May 12–17, we received nonstop updates, photos, videos, and hilarious messages that made it obvious he was being treated like part of their family. Every single day we could see how relaxed, loved, entertained, and completely at home he was. What impressed us most was how personal and attentive Angie was. She paid attention to Stark’s personality, routines, favorite activities, and even his moods. By the end of the stay he had apparently become a “country dog,” joined family movie night, made himself at home with the other pups, and spent his days running around outside living his absolute best life. The communication was exceptional. We never once had to wonder how he was doing because Angie constantly kept us updated with thoughtful check ins and genuinely funny commentary. You can tell she truly loves dogs and enjoys caring for them, which makes a massive difference. She even bathed and dried him before pickup after all of his outdoor adventures. That level of care and consideration says everything. Finding someone trustworthy is important. Finding someone who loves your dog like their own is rare. Angie is that person. We came to the Silver Spring area from New York City to attend the funeral of a beloved family member, bringing with us our dog Hobbs who had never been in a doggie day care setting. We were extremely fortunate to find Josh and Andres who agreed to take care of Hobbs while we attended the funeral, even without the usual "meet and greet," given our unusual circumstances. Hobbs was greeted by Josh, who immediately put Hobbs, my husband and me, at ease. We warned Josh that Hobbs would "yodel" in distress when we left. Josh assured us that he would distract Hobbs. Off they went on a walk, no separation anxiety expressed by Hobbs. While we were at the funeral, Josh periodically texted photos of Hobbs playing with his new doggie friends to reassure us that our "fur baby" was in safe hands and enjoying himself. I would highly recommend Josh and Andres to any and everyone who wants an excellent, safe, secure and happy day care or boarding situation for their dog. I wouldn't hesitate to bring Hobbs to Josh and Andres again when we are in the Silver Spring area. And on the basis of this excellent experience, I would use "Rover" again in other locations.”
“I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog, Hazel, with Bryn. At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. I'd happily recommend Bryn to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”

From our first communications and introductory meeting before we left our 11mo Goldendoodle with her, Sriju was welcoming, gentle, extremely responsive, organized, completely accommodating, and loving. This was our first time leaving Benny with someone else (we were away six days) so we were already a bit on edge; Sriju put us at ease immediately. Everyday while we were gone Sriju sent texts and pictures (usually once in AM and once in PM). She took Benny on numerous walks throughout the day as well as to the dog park. She adjusted to his needs, not the other way around, and provided an atmosphere that made Benny completely comfortable, as evidenced by his affection toward her when it was time to pick him up upon our return. We highly recommend Sriju and can't thank her enough for making our Benny feel at home while we were away...and giving us the peace of mind we needed to truly enjoy our trip. THANK YOU, Sriju!”

Our 1-year-old pup Boomer had an amazing stay with Lauren. She kept him happy, active, and well cared for the entire time. He got to enjoy lick mats, a 2-mile walk, several play sessions, and lots of playtime with other pups which was perfect for burning off his energy. He does have a bit of separation anxiety and I was nervous about his first Rover stay, but it is clear he was comfortable, entertained, and treated like one of her own. She sent daily updates with lots of pics and was very responsive. I really appreciated the attention and care Lauren gave him, and I would absolutely trust her with him again. Highly recommend!
I couldn’t decide between 3 stars and 4 so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Alexia seemed to do a good job with the dogs. We actually thought she would be our forever sitter being that she was close by. However, communication was difficult with Alexia. During the time the dogs was with her it took a very long time for her to get back to me on check ups. She eventually did and everything was fine but the worry it caused while I waited was concerning. My babies came back in one piece and seemed happy so I was happy. After the stay was over Alexia reached out to me with a concern. I reached back out to her multiple times but assumed at this point she was just ignoring me. I tried calling and texting with no response. I can’t address a concern if there’s no communication.
