Cal and Kelly were always super responsive and they sent us high-quality photos and videos of Loki every day playing with other dogs and looking like he was having a great time. Huey was genuinely attentive to Belle, which was greatly appreciated. She provides video/photo updates. Her fenced backyard with artificial turf provides a safety and clean playground for dogs. Her two dogs are super friendly. Huey is the best!!”

This was my very first time using Rover, and I couldn't be happier. Eric is a dog person, and lives in a very dog-friendly setting. Being the first time I've been apart from my dog, I was probably more worried than I needed to be. Eric's obvious caring, updates, and photos, put that worry to rest.
Sadie seems to have had a great time for her extended stay at Josh & Andres. Since this was our first time leaving her, and for such a long time, would have loved a little more by way of updates on what and how she was dong and pictures, but the most important thing is her well-being which I think they met really well.
Our 1-year-old pup Boomer had an amazing stay with Lauren. She kept him happy, active, and well cared for the entire time. He got to enjoy lick mats, a 2-mile walk, several play sessions, and lots of playtime with other pups which was perfect for burning off his energy. He does have a bit of separation anxiety and I was nervous about his first Rover stay, but it is clear he was comfortable, entertained, and treated like one of her own. She sent daily updates with lots of pics and was very responsive. I really appreciated the attention and care Lauren gave him, and I would absolutely trust her with him again. Highly recommend!
I couldn’t decide between 3 stars and 4 so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Alexia seemed to do a good job with the dogs. We actually thought she would be our forever sitter being that she was close by. However, communication was difficult with Alexia. During the time the dogs was with her it took a very long time for her to get back to me on check ups. She eventually did and everything was fine but the worry it caused while I waited was concerning. My babies came back in one piece and seemed happy so I was happy. After the stay was over Alexia reached out to me with a concern. I reached back out to her multiple times but assumed at this point she was just ignoring me. I tried calling and texting with no response. I can’t address a concern if there’s no communication.
