She took my very active husky on several walks, but was conscious of the hot weather and kept them short. I received a bunch of pictures and updates, which kept me calm. She asked lots of questions and made sure that both me and pup felt comfortable. We had our first official daycare today and it went so well. She cared for our 2-year-old Cavapoo pup, Jack, for three days this week after I had a schedule change at work and needed to find a sitter at short notice. Joo and her family provided excellent care for Jack and he clearly bonded with them—on the second day of drop off Jack was so excited to see Joo again! They are clearly pet lovers! Joo sent photos and updates regularly. Communication was great. Really glad to have found Joo.”

“I had asked my neighbor several years back if she could watch my dog. She was the only one I trusted to watch my girl, Mama. Mama is a sweet girl and loves everyone, but she’s a pitbull and looks intimidating. My neighbor stated she was going out of town herself but her sister, she knows, would be happy to help me. I hesitantly agreed but was worried for both Mama and my “new dog sitter.” The day came and Tiffney showed up early and was surprised not scared or intimidated by Mama. She walked in and crouched down and talked to Mama in a sweet soft voice. Within seconds it was like they had been buds for a long time. Later on, Tiffney told me she had two large pit bulls of her own and they were her loves. No offense to my neighbor but Tiffney has now been Mama’s friend, sitter, Walker.. her everything for 4 years now. I travel more and go out on weekends because I know Mama is in good hands.”
