We were so fortunate to have Deven come care for our two dogs for a full afternoon and evening while we were gone for an extended time. Not only was he punctual, but he took some extra time to get to know my dogs and listen attentively to our two dogs' needs - including a rambunctious 4 month old puppy. I immediately was at ease when both dogs instantly flocked to him and greeted him warmly and instantly sat by him for belly rubs. A sign of true trust from my two dogs. When we returned from our outing - I found both dogs to be sitting near Deven watching tv and completely relaxed. I'd go so far as to say Deven is a dog whisperer! About: I have been caring for other people's pets for over 10 years and know how stressful it can be to leave your pet under someone else's care. I strive to make any time I spend with your pet as easy and comfortable as possible for both pet and pet parent. I have experience with senior animals and animals with high support needs. I am currently caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. I try to arrange my schedule around the unique needs of the individual pet. I am available for drop in visits with pets(walking, feeding etc) and overnight care in the pets home(when the pet parent is traveling/working etc) When a pet is under my care, I follow the pet parents care instructions to the letter. This means that the disruption to the pets daily routine is minimal and stress to the animal is lessened. I want to keep the pet in an environment they are familiar with, and to make sure all experiences are positive for the pet while under my care.
