About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. At my grandparents’ house, we had the sweetest little Chihuahua, Little Lady Bug, who made us laugh by chasing the biggest dogs down the street. After Lady came many others: Basset Hounds, Lhasa Apsos, and eventually two King Charles Cavalier sisters, Penny and Emma. My first true canine love was a black Labrador named Charlie Bug. He became the big brother to my three kids, and they adored him. He was gentle, protective, endlessly patient, and full of love. When Charlie became ill, we welcomed Olive Oil, a Papillon who became his eyes and ears. Life took some unexpected turns, and for a time, our home was without four-legged companions. But my love for dogs never faded. I now find joy by being present in the lives of friends’ and family members’ pets—and I’m excited to share that same love and care with your furry family member. About: I’ve had dogs all my life, I’ve raised German Shepherds and currently own one. I also own an Australian Shepherd, so I understand high energy dogs and their needs of lots of exercise. I also have cats and I am aware of their maintenance schedules and feeding schedules. I have knowledge of medication distribution if they need it. I worked during the week (M-F), in the week I wake up early to walk my dog and after the walk feed both my dog and the cats. I’m very flexible on weekends and holidays since I am mainly in the area until I am informed otherwise. Once summer starts, I am very flexible in daily walks with my dog and other dogs if they are okay to walk with another dog. I clean and maintain the order of the house. I follow any instructions that the clients will provide to me, when I’m in my own home I play and wear out the dog for better relaxation and better sleep schedule. If a pet needs to be wiped down or cleaned up, I’m willing to do it.

About: I've been dog sitting for my friends and family members for 8 years now! I have done drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting for both short and long-term. I am available to complete any menial household chores or light tidying up. I am available after 4 pm for short or long walks, feedings, and medication administration. On the weekends, I am generally more available for longer timeframes! I live in a rambler style house with my parents so there are no excessive stairs. I have a large backyard (not fenced) and am a 5 minute drive from a park. I do not have any pets of my own. Please let me know if there is a specific activity your dog enjoys most!
