“Don't fear and don't worry. If you are looking for someone to take care and love on your furbaby, Josh and Andres H are the caregivers for your dog child. My dog has boarded with Josh and Andres on several occasions and he loves them dearly. Whenever we drop off our dog for boarding, he runs to Josh. Our dog enjoys being around them and living with them while we are on vacation. Josh and Andres are extremely nice, and very professional. They have a beautiful home and a beautiful neighborhood to walk the dogs. During my dog's boarding, they often send pictures of our dog playing with other dogs or just lounging as he often does at his own home. They often communicate and always available if we call and ask about Hershey. Also, whatever instructions you have for dog child, Josh and Andres will stick strictly to that plan to include the time to eat, walks, etc. I am so hooked on their kindness, professionalism and how much they care about dogs. If you ever need a dog sitter or a place to board your dog, please consider Josh and Andres. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. They are absolutely great people to have around your dog. Maria and Fernando really care about your pet. Our two dogs very much enjoy their place. They have an enclosed outdoor space which is a big doggie playground. We get lots of photos and communication. They understand each dog's unique personality and cater to them. I highly recommend this setting!
Lauren and her "assistant Zoe" (her own dog) looked after Bella very well. The dogs had supervised playtime in the enclosed park, rather like a village green, and had ample time to chill and hang out together. Bella was very happy to stay with Lauren, and the whole experience was positive. Lauren is a very competent and caring boarder. I heartily recommend her!
Angie and her family are the best! So friendly, welcoming, kind, and responsible. Before my dog stayed with Angie, we had a meet and greet and she absolutely loved running around in their yard and playing. When I dropped her off to her stay, she ran right in with no hesitation and I could tell she was so thrilled to be there. Gweni had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Angie sends a lot of pictures and updates. I have no doubts dogs in their care are in good hands.
We had the pleasure of taking our dog to Sharon to watch for a few days while we were away. Sharon was amazing! At the last minute, we found out that our dog had to take some medication during his stay with her. Sharon was very accommodating. Sharon was great with our little guy. She provided daily updates with pictures. She was always available to chat if we had questions. Our dog as very happy when we picked him up. We will definitely use Sharon again when we need a dog sitter.
We are very thankful for finding Jorge on Rover to take care of our mixed piti, Charlie. Charlie is a 9yo, 80lb rescue, was abused as a pup, and as a result has anxiety and separation issues. Although Jorge has experience working with dogs, he understands our "special needs" rescue pet and Charlie feels comfortable and welcomed by constant care, belly rubs and attention as needed. Our pup always has a great time with Patricia and her family. We think of it as a little vacation for her while we're away, which helps alleviate our own anxiety. Our dog is always excited to see us when we pick her up, but she never seems like she's ready to leave. She doesn't do well in unusual situations, so it's very reassuring to know that she feels comfortable and at ease even when we're not around.
Abigail helped me to understand why my dog makio is so anxious and stressed out related not used to be apart from her mom. I didnt know the anxious or stress actually hurtful to her health and Abigail found some way to help to cut makio’s stress or disract her. Abigail gave makio her favorite sweet brown cow doll. She is best !!
Jessica and Maxie were absolutely fabulous!!! Jessica did everything right. She treated Bentley as thought he was her very own. I received constant photo updates that let me know that Bentley was just fine in her loving care. I will definitely call on Jessica to keep Bentley again whether it is for overnight or multiple days. Rubi and Martha were AMAZING with our puppy, Cooper! We were away for the weekend and they were so communicative! My boyfriend and I LOVED receiving all pictures and videos. It made us feel so much comfort knowing he was having the best time with Rubi, Martha and their pups! We would 100% recommend their services to anyone and will definitely be using them again! Super grateful we found them and they took care of our baby!
I couldn’t decide between 3 stars and 4 so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Alexia seemed to do a good job with the dogs. We actually thought she would be our forever sitter being that she was close by. However, communication was difficult with Alexia. During the time the dogs was with her it took a very long time for her to get back to me on check ups. She eventually did and everything was fine but the worry it caused while I waited was concerning. My babies came back in one piece and seemed happy so I was happy. After the stay was over Alexia reached out to me with a concern. I reached back out to her multiple times but assumed at this point she was just ignoring me. I tried calling and texting with no response. I can’t address a concern if there’s no communication.
