“Megan was wonderful - I would say she went above and beyond. My dog Carter and I had not been apart for a full day or even an overnight since I adopted him in January and I was very worried about being apart from him for nearly a week. Megan clearly made Carter feel at home, listened to the things I told her would help maintain Carter's routine, figured out how to adjust when Carter made clear he wasn't staying in his routine when he out of his routine. They clearly had great affection for one another and Megan sent me many photos and videos showing me that Carter was doing well. It was a great experience and I would want to hire Megan again for a similar occasion.”

“So this is the first time I used Rover and I couldn’t be more happy Erica and Franklin were the best! They made me feel very comfortable by having a visit before my vacation so that I was able to meet them and see their home and that helped to know it was a perfect fit. They were in constant communication answering text anytime and sending pictures that will of the good times they were having with my pit. I give them credit because some people here that I have a pitbull and get totally turned off and feel some kind of way, but they were completely open to him and invited him in like one of the family. If I could recommend anyone it would definitely be Erica and Franklin . Taking comfort in them having my dog, which is essentially like my child enabled me to enjoy my vacation and I can’t thank them enough. I fully recommend them 100%.”

During our scheduled meet and greet Sandra went out of her way to make Nani feel safe and comfortable. Nani immediately took to Sandra. Sandra is clearly knowledgeable about dogs, and I felt at ease knowing Nani was in good hands. Sandra frequently shared pics and updates. Nani had so much fun and got along great with Sandra's dogs.”

Price was very reasonable, especially compared to big boarding facilities in the area. I was a bit worried as my dogs can be a little rambunctious and unpredictable but all the dogs got along great and had a good time. Shane sent many pictures to keep us in the loop. He reassured us that he would keep a close eye on Enzo and Mac as they like to escape/get into trouble. Overall, very pleased and will use them in the future.”
