“Megan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our two dogs, Nelson and Kodie! Both can be energetic at times and both like lots of cuddles which they both received the entire stay. She followed the schedule perfectly and put our minds at ease! Communication was GREAT! Megan kept us informed of their daily activities from the time they woke up until they went to bed (including mealtimes, play time and cuddle time). She sent GREAT photos (AND I MEAN GREAT) the photos were picture perfect for magazines!! :) Megan was reliable and adjusted to our schedule with drop off and pick up. When the dogs ran out of the canned food, she offered and picked some up for us! How nice! :) At pick up both dogs were happy and well taken care of! BUT what touched my son and I the most is we were going through our pets bag and found Megan had placed a gift bag for Nelson and Kodie that consisted of a card, plush dog toy, and dog treats! Wish I could give Amy 10 stars!! She cared for Luna like we were family, including family pics and updates and being so truly sincerely kind and caring. I can’t possibly imagine a more ideal caretaker for your beloved pet. So thankful for Amy - and her own cute pup who was a wonderful playmate to my own pup!
James is always wonderful with my girls! He is easy to work with, offers super convenient extras like pick up and drop off, and treats them like family. I appreciate the thorough and excellent communication as well as the amazing photos he sends while they are in his care. They are not the easiest dogs, but he acts like they are and they love him. I never worry when I know James is taking care of them.
I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and George! This was our first time boarding our sweet pup, Peanut and to say I was anxious was an understatement! We had the chance to do a meet and greet a week before her boarding, which helped relieve some of my nervousness, but the real test was the actual drop off and week long boarding. Within an hour of drop off, Kelly and George started putting my mind at ease with pics of Peanut and some new friends she had made. They texted everyday with pics and updates on how she was doing. We couldn’t have enjoyed our trip as much as we did without the wonderful care that Kelly and George provided for our girl. We actually think Peanut would love to have stayed longer!! We highly recommend Kelly and George and plan to use their pet services in the future!! Thank you both so very much!!
Elizabeth was fantastic with our sweet Gnocchi girl! She updated us every night with so many pictures. She had so much fun playing with all of her friends. You can tell she had a bunch of fun and was taken care of so well. I will definitely use Elizabeth in the future. She came back to us bathed and happy! This was our first time leaving her anywhere and it was a great experience.
