She kept Betsy with her at all times, so my dog never felt along. I receive a daily pictures and a progress reports . Betsy felt right at home and a many friends. As always, James took excellent care of my dogs while I was away for a night. I used his pick up/drop off service as well and it was great to have them happily waiting for me when I got home. He manages Emma’s diabetic needs well and I’m never worried about them when they are staying with James!
Merlin had a wonderful stay with Elizabeth. Through her detailed updates, we could tell he was being well cared for. She also sent lots of photos, so we could see what a blast Merlin was having with the other dogs. He loved lounging in the baby pool to keep cool during the heat wave. Elizabeth went above and beyond and gave him a bath before we picked him up, so he was clean and soft. We would definitely have Merlin stay with her and her family again!
Lanese was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, flexible, and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. This was my first time using Rover, and she made it such a great experience. She took great care of Bluchi making sure he felt safe, comfortable, and loved.
