“I did a meet and greet with Jahcarre a few days before boarding. We discussed my expectations for my dog while in his care. My dog is crate trained. Jahcarre offered the use of his extra crate, so I greatly appreciated not having to bring her big crate from home along with her other items. The day of drop off was easy breezy. We were out of town at the time and was called by the Pet Hotel and told our dog needed to be picked up ASAP in fear of him having kennel cough. “Eli was awesome! My dog is somewhat shy but she took to Eli right away. Eli picked my furbaby up and once he was back to his home he sent a picture of my pooch and where she had her kennel setup. Skittles was able sit and stare out the windows, which she loves to do. I received plenty of pictures to put me at ease. Eli also had a camera setup so I could see my dog if I wanted!!! I’m super happy with Eli as he was on time for pickup and drop off and overall is a very nice person! I will definitely board my dog with Eli again!!!!”

Elizabeth was wonderful with our pups Penny and Reggie, and she was great with communicating to us how their days went and how they were settling in, etc. She also sent tons of pictures and you can tell from the pictures that the puppers were having the times of their little lives! We’ll definitely be repeat visitors!!
Finn now has 2 new human friends and 2 new dog friends! Tanya and John were WONDERFUL to Finn and kept us updated daily with detailed notes and videos. It is so comforting to know that Finn is being well taken care of (and having a good time) when we are away. Highly recommend.
We had such a great experience! She took amazing care of Kodak and made sure he felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were away. She sent us lots of pictures, and he looked so happy in every one! He also got along wonderfully with her family, which made us feel even more at ease. Her communication was great throughout his stay, and we were extremely pleased with the care she gave him. We would absolutely trust her with Kodak again and highly recommend her!
My high expectations are always met when I leave Lexi with Fidel. There is always good communication between us and he is very attentive to my needs. On this last stay, they administered medicine to my dog for allergies with no problems. I also get lots of pictures of Lexi playing with old and new friends. I am extremely blessed to have him to watch Lexi, even at the last minute. Great job always!
Wish I could give Amy 10 stars!! She cared for Luna like we were family, including family pics and updates and being so truly sincerely kind and caring. I can’t possibly imagine a more ideal caretaker for your beloved pet. So thankful for Amy - and her own cute pup who was a wonderful playmate to my own pup!
James is always wonderful with my girls! He is easy to work with, offers super convenient extras like pick up and drop off, and treats them like family. I appreciate the thorough and excellent communication as well as the amazing photos he sends while they are in his care. They are not the easiest dogs, but he acts like they are and they love him. I never worry when I know James is taking care of them.
