About: Hiiii my name is Martina, I have a few pets of my own including two very cute dogs, one turtle and a cat!!! I have had dogs all throughout my life growing up and a few other animals, I’m looking to make some extra cash while also doing something I love and animals are the best companions!!! While I am myself new to this app. I used to help out my mom all the time when she did Rover, along with fostering pets/ shelter pets with my parents. I currently work part-time as a hairstylist, so in the days I’m not doing much. I’d love to spend some time with some very cute animals. As I stated, I do have pets of my own. I love so very much. I even consider my babies to be my best friends lol, but in my house we’re very good with our feeding times and keeping our dogs on a routine,making sure that our dogs are able to get enough outside time and that they have a good amount of enrichment through toys and playtime.

I am very passionate about animals and their wellbeing! I’ve had pets all of my life and know the struggles of balancing work and pleasure while also caring for a pet. Generally my family or friends ask me to care for their pets when they are out of town, and I also regularly pet sit for 2 families throughout the year. I also used to be an independent contractor through “Love Those Paws” and “WAG” where i had dogs, cats and other animals to care for! I take on demand walks in my free time but generally prefer scheduled/reoccurring walks. Im a small person (100lbs) so my max is 3 dogs to walk at a time and i generally try to find local paths to walk. I am experienced in administering medication for pets I create my own schedule, so i have (mostly) complete flexibility! Mondays & Tuesdays i take & pick up my child from school, so there’s about an hour in the morning and afternoon that i am not available. I do not do boardings at my own house as 2 of my cats have anxiety and introducing a new animal would cause unnecessary stress for them. However, i will do house sittings at the owners home! I currently have 2 families that i have worked with for 3 years that i house/pet sit for throughout the year.

Maria was phenomenal! She provided care for my 4 cats for a week while I was on vacation, and I couldn't be happier! 2 of the 4 cats are very skittish and usually aren't seen by the sitter in the past. Not only did he see them on several occasions, but she also sent me pics! The other 2 cats seemed to enjoy her company as well from the pics she sent. She even got to give my grumpy, older cat chin scratches!
Rebecca was available last minute (within 4 days of our trip) to visit our 2 cats. She fed them, played, and took pictures for us. She was reliable and available by phone, was quick to respond. She even brought in a large package we had delivered and checked on a hair straightener I was concerned I left plugged in. She was easy going and we would book her again!
James was patient, caring and professional. Our dog was a bit challenging and took some special attention before he felt comfortable with James. James went the extra mile to take care our dog. By the end of the storms and weekend they played frisbee together.
Chelsea is so sweet and sent pictures for every check in. My 2 cats were often hiding but she stayed for a bit and always sent good updates! I am always nervous about leaving them when we travel but Chelsea made me feel so much better about it. Will definitely rebook when we travel again.
Rowan was absolutely everything we were looking for and she definitely delivered!! We needed her to check in on our cat 2 days while we were away. She fed him, played with him using multiple methods and toys, gave him a ton of attention and mental stimulation and made sure to send us the cutest pictures ever!
