“This was my first experience using Rover. Veronica was highly recommended and upon meeting her, she quickly put my mind to ease. Both of my cats have some anxiety and are typically M.I.A. whenever we have guests over. I gave Veronica a heads up that she likely wouldn’t see either of cats during her visits. She was more than happy to check in, feed & just be a general presence in our home, each day that we were out of town.. despite never really even seeing either cat. There were a few incidents with hairballs, vomit etc. and I felt so terrible that Veronica had to clean it up! She did so without any hesitation or complaint. She kept me up to date during each visit (even regarding the thunderstorms rolling through the area!) and sent photos. She tried every tip & trick to get our girls to come out and play, but they were just too stubborn. Veronica had locked up our home after her last visit just as we asked and when my husband and I returned after our trip, everything was exactly as we left it. I felt so comfortable with Veronica coming by to visit and look in on our cats. I would really love to find a longterm petsitter and am hoping that Veronica might possibly consider doing so again in the (near) future! I truly cannot thank you enough for all your time & care! You’ve made a lasting impression!”

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life. Cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, bearded dragons, axolotls… I have had older cats and dogs that require medications and special care. I worked at a pet store for about 2 years. I am always willing to learn about your pet! I am a full time college student, I’m on campus for about 8 hours including commute time. A typical day allows me time to take care of my animals before I leave for class and when I get home. I have a fenced in yard for my dog. My cat and dog are free roam in the house. I have not had an outdoor cat and no declawing. The other animals in my household are in a spacious cage and well taken care of.

I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, kittens and adult cats, reactive dogs, timid pets, and even exotic pets. I cared for guinea pigs for six years, and have experience caring for breaded dragons, snakes, fish, and more. Currently, I live with a Cane Corso, Yorkie Poo, two cats, and a mutt. “Megan put our minds to ease the first time we met her. She is professional and she is very thorough in obtaining the information that is needed regarding what we expected as far as pet sitting Bogie. Bogie is a friendly dog, most times, but there are a few people he has been known to 'shun'... Megan wasn't one of them... He took to her right away...and from her description in her texts to us of his behavior when she pet sat for him, he was being his same old silly self. We hope to be able to use Megan for pet sitting whenever we have a need for a Pet Sitter. Very pleased and happy with our Rover experience utilizing Megan as our Pet Sitter!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was around 11 years old and I had a cat when I was little. I absolutely adore animals and believe they deserve the absolute best care. I currently have a full time job but am free every day after 5:30. I will happily take care of your fur baby in the morning before work, on my hour lunch break, and after work. Fully available every other Saturday (after 1:30 on the others) and every Sunday. I make sure my dog is properly fed throughout the day and always has clean water. I take him outside every few hours to use the bathroom and so he can run around and play in the fresh air.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats being a part of my family since I was a kid who enjoyed giving extra treats to my grandmother's Chow Chow! I have experience with dog walking and pet sitting for friends and family. I have a pretty open weekly schedule as I am currently between jobs. I also have reliable transportation so getting to your pets will be no problem! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet feels safe and welcome in my company. If this means extra belly rubs or treats, then I can make that happen!
