“Benjamin was very conscientious & dedicated to his task of finding & befriending my scaredy-kitty! He also kindly filled our birdbath & watered our flowers to keep our other denizens (feathered and pollinator) content during our absence. Benjamin caught a glimpse of wRen in flight, however, I’m hoping he’ll return to give both of them additional time to get acquainted.”

“Megan is incredible! She takes amazing care of our kitties and plants like they were her own. She has gone out of her way for both cats and plants - she is an amazing pet and house sitter.”

“Alex and Andrea are amazing! They took such great care of our two cats, sending us updates everyday while we were in vacation. I highly recommend these two!”

About: With over ten years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, I have developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and personalities. From playful puppies to senior cats, I provide attentive, compassionate care to ensure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and well-loved. My commitment is to treat each animal with the same respect and dedication I would give my own. I’m currently working part tome while also attending school but can provide frequent check ins for your pets while also provide house sitting on weekends if needed. I provide dependable in-home pet care, ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own familiar environment. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering medications, or simply offering companionship, I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is well cared for while you’re away.
“Cassie always takes care of our animals, dog, cats and chicken. We are so grateful for her. I had to write another review because Cassie is the first person (aside from me and my husband) that our new kitten has gone up to and let pet him. He’s super sweet but a scaredy cat so this proves Cassie is an animal whisperer.”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats being a part of my family since I was a kid who enjoyed giving extra treats to my grandmother's Chow Chow! I have experience with dog walking and pet sitting for friends and family. I have a pretty open weekly schedule as I am currently between jobs. I also have reliable transportation so getting to your pets will be no problem! I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet feels safe and welcome in my company. If this means extra belly rubs or treats, then I can make that happen!
“Emma was WONDERFUL! I was very nervous about using Rover while we were away and Emma put us right at ease. She updated us every time she visited and our dog loved her. I will definitely be using her services again.”

“Aimee was very responsive and communicative which is reassuring while you’re away. She was sweet with my cats and understanding about their quirks. I will definitely hire her again next time I’m traveling!”

“Veronica was a pleasure to work with and made our first Rover experience great! She communicated well and treated our pups with love and care while we were away. 100% recommend!”

“Rebecca did a great job taking care of our 2 kitties while we were away. I loved getting pics every day and little notes. Thanks so much for putting our mind at ease that our kitties were in good hands.”

“Briana was incredible! I truly count myself as lucky to have found someone that cared for my babies like they were her very own. Even in one of the worst scenarios we could've been in, she held her compsure and did what we couldn't. She immediately let me know something was wrong with my Gordito's health and then went above and beyond to care for him in his time of need. It's because of her that we found some peace in a very difficult time, and I can't thank her enough.”

“So pleased that Jaclyn was able to come and spend time with our dogs while we were away for the day! She sent us photos of the fun they had together and a nice write up of their time, and she even brought in some packages for us. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!!”

“Debra has been coming for drop-in visits at my house for 2 weeks to take care of my sweet pup. She always spends the time taking great care of him. I hope to continue to use Debra on a long term basis when I need help caring for my pup. Highly recommend!!”

Abigail was amazing with checking in on my pets while I was away, especially with my kitty not being the most social around other people. She is trustworthy, attentive to details and did everything I asked of her including watering my plants, feeding my turtle, checking my cat’s automatic litter box, putting cat tv on for my kitty, even throwing away and putting our trash out for the collectors and ensuring she left the house clean and secured. I highly recommend her and will be using her again for future care!

Jaclyn is an AMAZING pet sitter and I highly recommend her! She shows up on time and took care of our 3 cats twice a day and made sure they had lots of fresh food and water! We're very thankful to have found her through other friends that recommended her to us! She's the very best!
Owen K. has been fantastic so far as he is caring for a family members cats, and the family member does not reside near us. Our family member has dementia and Owen has been fantastic going in and ensuring both cats are fed, cleaning litter boxes, changing water, checking dry food and reporting anything that he feels we should be aware of. He has been very thorough and professional in interactions with our family member and with us on messaging through the app. We highly recommend Owen and look forward to using his services for as long as he is available for us and our family member.
Brianna went above and beyond taking care of my two cats while I was away on vacation. This was the longest I’ve ever been away from them so I was happy with how communicative Brianna was each time she went and visited. I got plenty of pictures and updates on how everyone was doing and she quickly gained my cat’s trust. I’m very happy with the attention and care my cats received and I would definitely book her again.

Shannon is a great sitter for my cats while I was away on a 3-week European trip. She made sure that my cats were fed and very happy with her. Very plesed with her quick responses and notes describing how my cats are doing. I will have her again in the near future!!

Cassie was wonderful with my pets. Both of my Senior dogs needed a bit of extra attention, one scratched his eye and Cassie took the extra time to get him checked out with our vet. She gave great updates on how my babies were doing and snapped some fabulous pictures of them as well! I always get anxious when leaving my pets to go out of town but they were all in great hands. Thank you so much, Cassie!

I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica! This was our 3rd booking with Veronica while we were out of town, and as usual, she was amazing. Our once shy and skittish kitty has become comfortable with Veronica and her check ins - that in and of itself was a huge success! I’m always so grateful for Veronica and her ability to put my mind at ease. I trust her wholeheartedly to care for our girls in our absence. Thank you for the fabulous care and concern you always provide!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
