We were worried that Kraken would avoid them and hide as he normally doesn’t like people in our house, but he opened up very fast to them!! “Rachel was excellent with our senior dog (Bentley). She took on the assignment at the very last minute due to our original Walker coming down with an illness. Ulthough a last minute request, Rachel came over the night before to make sure she met Bentley and to introduce herself to us. We explained our walking and feeding processes to her, and she was very accepting to the routine. While we were on our trip, Rachel sent us numerous pictures of Bentley either at home or on his walk. She kept us well updated on his activities. Unfortunately, while we were gone, he did have some accidents in the house, and Rachel cleaned them up and took care of making sure that everything was disposed to properly and that the rags used to clean up the mess were washed. Wonderful customer service. We would not hesitate to use Rachel again, as well as recommend her to any of our friends.”

Most importantly, Steven reads dogs very well, he thinks and “speaks dog”..He is just very tuned in -it is a rare talent. My dog Jake has spent numerous weekends with Steven and comes back happy, healthy and secure. And anytime I drive him over to Steven’s neighborhood, he gets so excited.
