“After multiple sitters canceling, I found Rover and Danielle, who was happy to watch Remi at the last minute. The universe knew what it was doing, as Danielle and Remi bonded the moment they met. As he spent the majority of his life as a puppy mill papa, Remi can be challenging. As a teacher and a mom, Danielle had the skills and patience to work with him. She kept us updated throughout the weekend and it was easy to see the Remi was happy and content. I’m fairly certain Remi didn’t want to come home !! Krystal is the best dog sitter we have ever used. Not only did she send updates 2-3 times a day, I can tell that Chee-Chee was well loved and even spoiled. This was the first time that Chee-Chee spent time with someone without our older dog Jade, who passed away last month, so it was important for us that she was in good hands. We were well-pleased with the service we received and the care given to Chee-Chee. She was so spoiled and well-loved that Chee-Chee seemed sad to leave. I can’t say enough good things about Rich and John!! My Covid pup is quite needy and particular, and Rich takes such good care of him. He truly cares about each pet and makes sure they get attention that’s tailored to their needs. He keeps me updated and sends photos, even making Apollo homemade healthy food when he wasn’t eating! And sleeping with him on the couch when he’s anxious. I hope everyone goes to Rich and John for true care and service for their pets, and even though it’s an hour drive I am happy to do it to have my pup happy and safe with people I trust!
Sydney was excellent with our pup, Clea! Sydney watched her for over a week, and we received frequent updates and photos. She was also communicative when Clea had some GI upset, and Clea got better in no time. Clea seemed to enjoy her time with Sydney despite the less-than-pleasant weather for walks.
