“Theresa was a great sitter for Nik. She sent daily updates, not overwhelming, just enough to let us know Nik was happy and enjoying himself. I will definitely be using her services again. I know my pup is in good hands. Thanks Theresa!”

“Danielle took great care of my dog while I was away! Sadie was happy and well cared for when I picked her up. Danielle was responsive and sent me regular updates so I knew Sadie was happy and safe. I highly recommend Danielle!!”

“I felt so comfortable leaving Nena with Sarah and her family for the weekend. Sarah lives with her family in an oversized row home, so Nena had lots of room to play. She got along very well with their dog. I received lots of photos throughout the weekend I was gone. Sarah even was able to drop Nena off to my apartment down the road since my husband got in very late the day we needed to pick her up. I had so much peace of mind that my little baby was taken care of while I was gone. Will definitely use Sarah again for boarding!”
“Leia was living her best life like she was at a pet resort. Marliez treated Leia like her own with great care and attention, making her feel right at home. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind! I’d definitely rebook with Marliez. Leia has 3 new friends and thinks she’s the boss of cats now!!”

“Joyce was great with Alma and even helped her make a new dog friend! She kept me posted with photos during the weekend and Alma seemed to relax and have a good time while there.”

“Jessica's place was great stay for my dog. I loved her cute back yard and that she's right across the street from a park. I also appreciate the one on one attention my pup received. Thank you for loving on my girl while we were away.”

“My husband & I were ever so grateful to have our dog, Star, board with Rich. We had never been away from her for 2 weeks before and we hated the idea of leaving her in a cold, cinder-block kennel. Rich provided a warm, friendly home where we could trust that Star enjoyed her stay. We were happy to get updates and pictures of Star throughout our vacation. Even though these made us miss her all the more, we were happy to know she was being cared for with love. We will definitely contact Rich the next time we need to board Star.”

“Trishelle was great with my pet. She took him on short notice, when my sitter had an emergency and could not board him. I had a paid vacation already planned. Trishelle agreed to take him in on short notice. I received many pictures and messages on my week away. I have a senior, shy and very temperamental dog. The pictures put me @ ease. When I picked him up, he was well cared for. I can tell Trishelle truly cares for pets. I definitely would recommend her especially for boarding your pets for long periods.”

“Cecil was amazing he took great care of my dog. Plus my dog got to socialize with other dogs. Which can be difficult because he's a pittie. I'd highly recommend him if you need dog boarding”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, currently I only have one dog for the first time. I will treat your dog like a part of the family. Please let me know if there’s any special treatment that needs done. I do have a toddler home with me as well so I request that the dog is child friendly! I work from home so your dog will get potty breaks whenever they need it. I have a fully fenced in yard for your pup to run around and play. Your dog will be allowed on couches/beds, wherever they are comfortable. I have dog beds and have baby gates set up so they can have areas of peace if they need. I do have a toddler at home who loves dogs but will maintain space if needed. I also have a husky mix who generally just minds her own business.
“She was absolutely incredible with my dog Prince. She is very passionate about animals as she way and beyond my expectations. My puppy came home relaxed and happy.”

“I was very nervous about using Rover as this was my first time leaving Onyx with people she wasn’t familiar with but my sweet pup Onyx was very well taken care of! We received photos and updates from the moment she was dropped off! I can tell that although she missed us, she felt safe. I loved that she was allowed to sleep in the bed and lay on the couch which are things she loves to do at home. We will definitely be booking Meagan for boarding in the future!”

“Anna and Christian were amazing! They were so communicative and sent photos with every update. Brodie was completely comfortable there and had such a great stay with them - leaving us at ease while we were away!”

“Awesome dog sitter! She kept my dog last minute right before a planned family trip. She made me feel comfortable especially being new to the Rover app. I would recommend anyone to her. Got my dog back today and I already think he is attached to her..lol! Will definitely be using her again!”

“Molly was great with Woodford! He can be pretty nervous with new people and seemed to warm up quickly with Molly. He needs daily medication and Molly was happy to assist and was not phased by his sometimes stubborn habits :) she sent us daily updates and picture, will definitely use her dog care services again!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Edgemere
Dawn took great care of our little dog Harper. Harper missed us and spent a lot of time whining. Dawn was great about remedying the situation by taking him for walks and giving him attention. When forgot to include his bed and Dawn was nice enough to provide him an old towel to lay on inside his crate!! I would both recommend and rebook!!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
