I was very nervous about leaving him during our family vacation, but Sarah and her family went above and beyond to make sure that Oliver was comfortable. He received lots of belly rubs and attention, went on nice walks and trips to the dog park, and became BFF's with Jack, their beagle. Sarah sent numerous pictures at least twice a day, and my favorites were of Oliver and Jack snuggling together. Seeing this pictures greatly helped my own anxiety at being so far away from my fur baby. Sarah also gave updates. Her family just really seemed to understand dogs. She was not upset when Oliver had "marked a piece of furniture" but was totally cool about it; similarly, when I warned her that Oliver is prone to throwing up when away from his family, her response was, "we have hardwood floors so it's easy to clean up." Oliver had a wonderful experience with Sarah, Jack, and the rest of the family, and I recommend her for anyone and especially those with anxious pups.”

Long story short I work at the ER and was expected to stay over at least for 5days to cover outa due to the snow. She accepted “Kash” the day of and treated him so well. How do I know this you ask? Because for one I’ve had other people watch my dog before and he came back to me timid and afraid. So I knew something wasn’t right. Theresa was amazing with my dog Winnie! I was nervous to go on a multi-week trip after our usual dog sitter moved away. I found Theresa and she was a perfect fit. Super experienced and communicative. Extremely friendly and reliable. I felt completely comfortable leaving Reagan there. We had a bad experience where a different sitter took us off of the app and then ghosted us after we paid and 30 minutes before drop off so we are wary of the sitters now but Rich has always seemed completely professional and calm. I used to get so anxious every time I had to board my dog because she has separation anxiety. I would always worry that she wasn’t eating, sleeping, or adjusting well while I was away. But ever since I found Ian, I feel so much more at ease. Ian's place has a great yard and my dog has made new friends at their house and always seems so happy there! They take such great care of her, and their huge yard is amazing for the dogs to run around and play. You can genuinely feel how much Ian and his wife love and care about the dogs they look after. Carrie was an amazing person to find to watch my little pup! My puppy was only 11 weeks old when we needed someone to watch him for the day and night and Carrie was caring and informative with him. Picture and video updates let me know he was happy and cared for. Definitely recommend her!
