They were so kind and patient - Rosie made more than a few mistakes but they were so understanding and graceful about it. Keiwana also sent us so many great pictures of Rosie throughout the weekend! Rosie made some new friends with their sweet dog Bailey and two little girls, and she didn’t want to leave when we came to get her! (but when we did get back home, she was so tired and napped like an angel). Chandra was amazing with accommodating and communication throughout the entire process. We enjoyed the daily pictures and videos which helped ease our mind during travel traveling. Axel needed a full day of resting to recover from all the fun he had during his stay! We look forward to booking in the future.
Shoniece was extremely flexible with watching Nutmeg while we welcomed our first child. We had to drop her off early as well as extend her stay by a few days, and she worked with us to assure all worked out. She always sends updates and reassures us that she is safe and sound!
