“This is the second time Leah has watched my cats while I’m out of town and she is definitely my go-to cat sitter! She is thorough, gives my cats lots of love, sends great pics of them, and my cats love her. I totally trust her taking care of them while I am out of town and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”

About: I grew up with several dogs and cats, and I’m the ultimate animal lover! I’ve been pet sitting for friends my entire adult life, I’m the only one that many trust! I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t click with! I also spent years volunteering for BARCS as a dog walker and trained dozens of new volunteers. At home, I currently have a cat that needs to be an only child. Animal welfare is super important to me and I look forward to giving your pet time and affection to help enrich their lives! I work from home most of the time, so my schedule is often flexible and I am able to schedule things to meet my clients’ needs! I have the utmost respect for your home and your pet. It’s hard to imagine anything more special to a person! I’m the trusted pet sitter for a number of people for years, and I’ll treat your home and your pets just as I would my own. (I’m a lawyer by profession, so I also understand confidentiality!)
“Before, during, and after their scheduled drop-in visits with our two cats, Madison and Ryan were highly communicative. They offered to visit our apartment to go over care instructions and familiarize themselves with our cats and their space before the first visit. They left food dishes washed without us asking and the litter area very clean. We received daily updates, and they even went out of their way one day to talk with us to find one of our cats who tends to find very good hiding spots for napping in our apartment! It was clear how attentive they were, especially when caring for a couple of shy cats like ours for the first time. We would definitely work with Madison and Ryan again! We’d highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pair of friendly, prompt, attentive, and professional sitters for their pets.”

“Jasmine was very responsive to my messages and we quickly aligned on scheduling. Jasmine did a wonderful job handling my two very high energy dogs. I’m looking forward to Jasmine watching my dogs more in the future.”

About: Having cared for dogs and cats for about eight years, I've become quite skilled at pet sitting. My experience has taught me how to cater to each animal's unique needs, whether it's a high-energy pup needing lots of playtime or a timid cat requiring gentle reassurance. I pride myself on creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for every pet under my care, ensuring their owners can relax knowing their furry friends are in good hands. My day is structured to ensure that every pet's needs are met without disrupting my other responsibilities. Early mornings start with brisk walks to energize the dogs, followed by carefully measured meals for both dogs and cats. Playtime is a must, involving interactive games that stimulate their minds and bodies. In the evenings, I dedicate time for more leisurely walks, allowing the pets to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. This is followed by cuddle sessions on the couch, providing the affection and security they crave. I also make sure to clean litter boxes, groom them, and ensure they have fresh water throughout the day. Balancing these activities with my personal schedule ensures a harmonious and caring environment for every pet. Whether caring for pets in my home or at a client's residence, my approach is always tailored to the animal's comfort and well-being. In my home, pets enjoy a secure, loving environment with plenty of space to play and relax. About: I’ve been so lucky to have so many pets throughout my life — dogs, cats, bunnies, turtles, a full on aquarium. I’ve always been the go-to for pet sitting, whether it was through nannying, house-sitting, or being the friend who actually likes doing it. Right now I’ve got two dogs with wildly different personalities, and I live in Baltimore and own land in Tennessee where I’m slowly building my dream of a small farm, where soon I'll have grass puppies and honky donkeys. You probably have already seen me on the street asking CAN I PET YOUR DOG? I currently have very open availability! I feel like visiting the pets for a short visit a couple of times a day makes me sad, especially if they are missing their parents, they deserve stimulation so I try my best to follow an exciting version of your routine and leave them energetically satisfied. Due to my dogs and their high energy and vast personalities, I'm not currently boarding pets, but lead the way of your home, and Ill follow.

Edgemere dog parents share their Rover experiences
If more stars were an option, she’d absolutely receive them. Paige was wonderful, punctual and charismatic. She made the time to do a meet and greet to gain the trust of myself and the pets. The photos on each drop in visit were absolutely unexpected. She goes above and beyond! Looking forward to my next trip so that my pets can experience 5 star boarding from the comfort of our home.

Stacy has been fantastic with our fur babies. Our GSD mix absolutely adores her and has a blast every time she comes to visit her. Stacy has also been very accommodating with our hound mix, who is very leery of new people in the house. She’s helping us work through the progress of getting him acclimated and we’re excited to continue working with her.
