She followed the schedule perfectly and put our minds at ease! Communication was GREAT! Megan kept us informed of their daily activities from the time they woke up until they went to bed (including mealtimes, play time and cuddle time). She sent GREAT photos (AND I MEAN GREAT) the photos were picture perfect for magazines!! :) Megan was reliable and adjusted to our schedule with drop off and pick up. When the dogs ran out of the canned food, she offered and picked some up for us! How nice! :) At pick up both dogs were happy and well taken care of! BUT what touched my son and I the most is we were going through our pets bag and found Megan had placed a gift bag for Nelson and Kodie that consisted of a card, plush dog toy, and dog treats! WHAT A SURPRISE- We are STILL SMILING!!! :) THANK YOU MEGAN VERY NICE MEETING YOU AND WE ROVER PET PARENTS WILL BE RETURNING!!! :)”

“Had to go out of town for the weekend and left my little dog with Felice and Tyler. They have a nice fenced yard and dog friendly house which is great. You can tell they love dogs and are very knowledgeable about them. My dog, Sophie, is not used to being around other dogs so I was worried she would not fit in, but it was unfounded. We had a meet and great a couple weeks beforehand so she met their dog and sniffed around the backyard. I got periodic updates and photos, which was reassuring. About: I have taken care of my own dogs and cats my entire life and cannot remember a time I didn't love them all. My cat is no longer with me but I still have dogs and would love to care for your pets as I currently do my own. I can handle big dogs and little dogs as well as am willing to clean out your cats litterboxes. I'm happy to tussle with big dogs and take naps with lap dogs anytime! I'm a college student looking for work over the breaks and any pet time over the semester as I'll be away from my own. I'm happy to work around my class schedule to be with your pets as much as possible. I have a mostly fenced yard with the only opening being the driveway but intend to do walks and keep pets leashed just for safety. My own home has two dogs that are great with other dogs, both of them being on the smaller side and great with people as well. When I'm up at school there will be no other pets up there and the space will be fully for your pets. I'm also able to do house sitting, walks, and drop-ins for your pets to make sure your pets are getting love and attention when you're away.

This was Skippy's third stay with Mckenzie. Again, she was very understanding of his separation anxiety and dealt with some stomach issues of his as well. I felt like he was in very good hands. She was also aware of how the heat can effect his breed and made sure not to let him be over-exposed. I highly recommend Mckenzie.
Absolutely excellent experience with Megan. Everyday. I got a plethora of photos and videos of my pups being actively engaged. Communication with Megan was excellent. My dogs came back happy and well cared for. I will definitely be booking with Megan in the future!

Maddie did a great job watching my dog Mia for the week! She was very responsive and sent great updates while I was away. Mia got along great with Maddie’s dog Penny and seemed very happy and comfortable during her stay. Maddie was also very accommodating with the meet and greet and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which made everything really easy. I would definitely book with Maddie again!

This is the second time she has taken care of our dog. The first for one night and this time it was for a whole week. Made sure to send me pictures every day. When I picked up my dog she started crying when Justine walked away so I know she had a great time with her!
Jiapeng (Michael) and his girlfriend Candace has been a life saver for us. We needed to board our dog very last minute before our trip due to previous rover cancellation and Michael and Candace were able to do a meet and greet right away. They took such great care of Mochi, I would 10/10 recommend!! We got daily pics and updates, they even put on shoes and rain boots for Mochi during her walks. Morty and Nao Nao definitely kept Mochi company during her stay. Michael and Candace were transparent with any issues with our dog that came along the way. They were very accommodating and helpful to our requests. We look forward to booking with them again in the future.
