About: I have been dog sitting my dogs for 5 years and walking them for over 10 years. I have 3 dogs who all have different needs and I am able to provide individual love and care to all. I grew up with all sorts of animals (including dogs!), was the neighborhood sitter for everyone’s cat 🐱, and have been a proud momma to my English Bulldog who made it to 12 years old before recently crossing the rainbow bridge 🌈. Their breed is notorious for health issues, and my guy was no different — he received oral medication and multiple eye drops daily, as well as required paw cleaning and an ointment daily (allergies). Irina, cleaned up one of our cat’s business that was outside the litter box, and kindly brought our food delivery (that I forgot to cancel) inside and in the refrigerator. Irina is lovely and we appreciated her care, communication, and photos. We’ll definitely be contacting her the next time we’re away.

I really appreciated that she checked in on very short notice when my litter robot threw a concerning error to make sure my cat was safe. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
