Kecheng was an excellent cat sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His home is thoughtfully set up with everything a cat could need, including a scratching post and a clean, well-maintained litter box, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He was very communicative throughout the stay, sending lots of pictures and videos every day so I could see how my cat was doing. It really helped me feel connected and reassured while I was away. What stood out most was how attentive he was to the care guide I provided—he clearly took the time to follow all the instructions and make sure my cat was comfortable and well cared for. I would absolutely trust Kecheng to watch my cat again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful sitter.

Theo had an exceptional stay. I felt completely at ease the entire week knowing he was being cared for so thoughtfully. The level of attention was both intuitive and tailored—Kyle clearly paid close attention to Theo’s needs and preferences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He even went out of his way to pick up extra wet food when Theo ran out, which I really appreciated. The dedicated cat apartment was incredibly well set up—clean, enriching, and clearly designed with cats in mind. It was the perfect environment for him. Communication was consistent and reassuring. I received plenty of photos and updates, and any adjustments I requested were handled quickly and without hesitation. I can’t recommend him enough. Truly a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. Thank you again for taking such great care of Theo.

Kecheng did a few drop-ins for our cat and the experience has been awesome. Kecheng is detail oriented and took care of our cat nicely. Communication is efficient and easy, we'll book with him again!

Essentially a cat hotel. Kept in separate living space from sitters main home, so unsure of how much interaction is gotten past feeding/ changing litterbox.

Kecheng is the perfect cat sitter you are looking for. He took care of our cat twice a day for 3 weeks. He is super detail oriented, always took a lot of videos and photos and very responsive to our messages. I can tell that our cat is super happy when he sees Kecheng, and even learned how to shake hand and give high fives!!! I would always recommend Kecheng if you are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and responsive cat sitter!

This was our second time boarding our cat with Kecheng, and we had another great experience. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and videos, and our cat looked happy and comfortable throughout the stay. He was relaxed and content when we picked him up. We also had to extend the stay by one extra night, and Kecheng was incredibly kind to care for our cat for the additional day free of charge. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and would absolutely book with Kecheng again. Highly recommend!
