Four years ago, I adopted my car Shelly who has since become a beloved member of my family. Throughout this time, I have taken diligent care of her daily needs, including feeding, grooming, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. My experience also includes managing her health; she fell ill twice, and I successfully nursed her back to health each time with proper medication, attentive care, and lots of love. This experience has equipped me with the skills to recognize and address health issues promptly and to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for any cat in my care.

Yujie watched my two cats while I was away for almost 10 days, and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. She was very communicative, sending updates and photos regularly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was traveling. Yujie took amazing care of my two 6-year old cats while I was away. Her energy is calming and my cats liked her right away from our initial meet and greet. They were very happy to have her come visit :). Yujie gave detailed written updates each day and was flexible with the timing of the drop in visits. Great communication and professional! She also sent so many cute pictures, a video, and played with my cats and spent time with them! I definitely recommend Yujie for drop in visits for cats!!
I used to live with Yujie & Yi as my roommates and had seen firsthand how loving, patient, and attentive they are with animals. They had taken care of my cat several times when I traveled, and I always felt completely at ease leaving my pet with them. Zeitplan
Pet care is already a natural part of our daily routine. We currently care for our own cat, Shelly, and our days are structured around making sure her needs are consistently met with attention and care. We start and end each day with feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and some quiet bonding time or playtime. Throughout the day, we also check in on her well-being, behavior, and comfort. Yujie works fully remote with a flexible schedule, which allows us to be home most of the day and easily accommodate feeding times, play sessions, medication (if needed), and extra check-ins for any pet in our care. This flexibility also means we can adapt our schedule to meet a pet’s specific routine and needs rather than trying to fit them into a rigid timetable. On a weekly basis, we stay on top of deeper cleaning, grooming, restocking supplies, and monitoring overall health and behavior changes. We are very detail-oriented and take routines seriously, while still making sure pets receive plenty of affection, attention, and enrichment. Caring for animals is not something we “fit in” around our lives — it’s already built into our everyday rhythm, and we genuinely enjoy making pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

- Before caring for any pet, we like to learn as much as possible to make sure we can provide the best and most comfortable experience for them. Every pet is unique, and understanding their routine, personality, and needs helps us tailor our care and build trust more quickly. We appreciate knowing details such as their feeding schedule, food portions, favorite treats, litter box habits, and any specific routines. It’s also very helpful to understand their personality and temperament — for example, whether they are shy, playful, affectionate, anxious, or prefer their own space. Health and safety information is especially important to us. We always ask about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, special diets, or mobility issues, as well as their vet’s contact information and what to do in case of an emergency. We also love learning about what comforts them and what stresses them out, such as favorite toys, hiding spots, sounds they dislike, or things that help them relax. The more we know ahead of time, the better we can keep pets on a familiar routine, reduce stress, and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re with us.
