About: Having raised my own puppy and dogsat for friends with anxious pups, I'm well versed in how to provide for a pup's full time needs. I can also provide puppy training in house manners (for example: waiting patiently to be fed, waiting at doors, simple commands). My care and attention to my own puppy, Chef, is full time and I am super excited to share that with your pup. We can go on excursions or hang around the house or play fetch at the dogpark. Whatever your pup is up for. I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup for your pup(s) to play with! And if your pup doesn't want company for whatever reason, I have gates and crates to make sure they are safe and happy in their own space. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always been second nature. I grew up with a dog and a duck, and have continuously lived in homes with cats and dogs through college and graduate school, so I’m very comfortable with their routines and behavior. About: Taking care of dogs started for me with my wonderful and energetic Airedale in my teens and twenties, and continues as a dedicated uncle to my sister’s 4 dogs (yes 4!). Last year, my dog fought a rare autoimmune condition. During his two-month battle, I became proficient in managing intensive treatments and navigating the complexities of emergency veterinary care and blood transfusions. Though he passed away in August, the experience taught me how to be an advocate for a dog’s health and how to stay calm under pressure. My husband and I aren't ready to bring a new dog into our home just yet, but I have so much love and specialized knowledge left to give. Whether your dog needs a structured walk with positive reinforcement or a gentle drop-in visit with a caregiver who understands their unique personality, I will treat them with the same devotion I gave my own best friend. My current schedule is highly flexible during the week. I view dog walking and drop-ins as the perfect way to step away from my desk and get active. Because I manage my own hours, I can provide consistent mid-day visit or walk when most owners are at work.
