About: I grew up with a Miniature Pinscher named Lady, who was equal parts lap dog and little adventurer. She loved running around the backyard, going on long walks, and sniffing out anything interesting. Lady passed a few years ago, but I’ve been lucky to keep caring for animals since then. More recently, I’ve spent a couple of years taking care of a sweet Siamese cat named Soondubu. Through him, I’ve learned how to be patient, respect boundaries, and let cats set the pace. I bring that same calm, friendly energy to caring for both cats and dogs, and I always try to meet pets where they’re at. I regularly walk my cousin’s dog and have taken care of friends’ cats while they were out of town, giving me experience with a variety of personalities and routines. About: I have lived with cats and a dog since I was a little kid. I have learned to take care of them and walk my dog around the neighborhood. Also, my aunt owned a small farm so I grew up around some bigger animals. (Recent pictures attached =) ) Currently I live in a small place in Burlingame so unfortunately, I don’t have place for a furry friend. Thus, I am looking forward to walk and play with your dog! I have a full time job but it has a pretty flexible schedule. I can adjust my agenda to walk your dog when it is more convenient for you. About: I did not grow up with any pets, but began enjoying pet fatherhood when I met my girlfriend’a dog three years ago. She is a high energy dog that forced me to learn how to discipline and maintain control with love, and how fun it is to tend to a dog’s needs — they give the love right back, but multiplied! I know how hard it can be to find a reliable dog sitter, so hoping to be able to be that for some of those that need it. It is important to me to make sure I hear and understand what the owner is worried about when leaving their dog. Every dog has a different personality, and is common that their personality shifts when their owner is away (i.e., might be depressed and need more attention, might be more inclined to counter surf, might be more at risk for peeing/pooping inside, might be more resistant toward a stranger, etc.). To me those are important and necessary details to know so that I can do my job well and ensure your dog is as happy as can be while you are away. And also, of course, so that I can earn your trust and you can be away from home with a bit more confidence and comfort. I am comfortable walking your dog, letting your dog play outside, playing with certain toys he/she may enjoy, and feeding your dog any medicine he or she may need. I am open to tending to injured dogs/applying ointments or ear drops, but would want to observe how you do it and heed your methods a bit first if possible. I know dogs can be resistant to the applying of medicines and treatments, so I would just want to take about extra care in doing that, if that is needed.

About: I’m new to Rover as a sitter but not new taking care of dogs. I’ve had not only family dogs but of my own, I understand the importance of taking our pups for their daily physical and mental exercise. I am experienced with high energy, active dogs as well as handling reactivity. I am available Wednesday to Sunday before 10am and after 4pm Full availability in weekends . I can also do quick stops during the day. My main focus is safety around other dogs and strangers. I fully understand not every pet is a social butterfly and wants to greet others (people or dogs) so in my out time I focus in physically and mental stimulations by exposing them to new smells, fetching ( if possible or available) and other one on one activities.

Francis lived up to every hoped-for expectation for someone to walk my pooch twice a day. He came to the house at the agreed upon time, communicated well with me, sent photos and a video, and when my energetic dog wanted to run Francis didn't hold him back but ran with him!
