About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember, starting with Ginger, my family's German shepherd and husky mix, and four cats growing up. I later spent about two years volunteering at my local SPCA, working hands-on with dogs of every size and temperament, from bouncy puppies to nervous rescues. I've also had cats of my own as an adult, including two rescues, and fostered kittens before I started traveling. Since then I've cared for pets through farm stays and housesits across Costa Rica, Panama, Spain, and Canada — dogs, cats, chickens, goats, even an adult pet rat. I'm comfortable administering medication, working with anxious or senior animals, and managing multi-pet households. I'm calm, attentive, and treat every home and animal I look after like my own. I'm currently transitioning to the San Mateo County area temporarily starting early November and building my schedule around pet care full-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for house sits, and daily visits, including extended or last-minute stays. I don't currently have a conflicting 9-to-5, which means I can commit fully to a pet's normal routine for the length of a booking rather than fitting care in around other work. Since I focus on house sitting, I stay at your home rather than asking your pet to adjust to a new environment. I follow feeding, medication, and walking routines exactly as instructed, keep the house clean and secure, and send regular photo updates so you can relax while you're away. I don't bring other pets into the home, so your animal gets my full attention for the whole stay.

About: Pets have become an important part of my adult life and understand their important place in a family. As a pet parent myself, I have been able to apply my experiences with Rover including medical care. I’m very active and enjoy spending time outside as much as possible. My current employment situation allows for flexibility with my schedule. In addition I am located centrally, allowing me to have access to both SF and the peninsula area. Home sittings and drop ins have been some of the things I have done for friends and their pets. For both home sitting and drop ins I have communicated with the pet parent ahead of time. Whether I have been trusted with a spare key or a door code, I respect the home as if it was a family’s member.

About: My husband and I have been our friends and family's designated cat and dog sitter for years. We understand the unique personality of each pet and do our best to provide the best care tailored to your furry baby. We can accomodate pick up time and drop off time between: 8am - 11:30 pm. My husband works from home and I works from home half of the time so we have plenty of time to care for your baby. We usually take two -three walks per day. We can add in more walks if your baby needs more potty breaks. The dogs/cats have free roam of our two bedrooms apt so they can hang out/play with us. We live in an apt building with a dog park right around the corner. We do not have pets at home and are only taking in one dog (with the exception of dogs from the same household) at a time so that we can give your pup the attention he/she needs. P.s. 我可以说中文

About: I don’t have problem taking caredogs. My friends and family used to relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets. I’m currently working part-time and it’s manageable, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups I’m available boarding especially weekdays 7am onwards. My place is a free space for one dog at time especially to trained dog I dont do much restriction so dog can move and play around, I live close to lake in foster city and its so easy access to walk the dog any time in a day.

About: Since I was 7 years old, I grew up with dogs and they have become my very best friends. About 10 years ago, our senior dog, Biggie, guided me to Rover. He loved to meet new friends. Being with us for 18 years, Biggie knew it was his time to say good-bye and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. His legacy of looking at the world through love has taught me many great lessons! Same goes for all the Dogs I've crossed paths with! The connections and the special bonds that I made with my Rover dog buddies over the years have been one of the most amazing experiences! *I understand 1000% about the feeling of leaving your dog when you have to go away or when he/she is home alone for long periods of time. Either me or my husband will be home if one of us has to go out. Or, if your dog enjoys car rides he/she is welcome to join depending on where we are going and factoring weather conditions. I am very open minded, communicative, honest, trustworthy, and head over heels for animals. You will receive pictures and updates everyday during your doggie’s stay! I also have over 35 years of experience and knowledge caring for senior dogs, dogs w/ special needs, and puppies. I am committed to going above and beyond with undivided attention, safety, unconditional love & respect. I am responsible with following owner’s exact instructions- walk, feed, play, what to be mindful of, where they like to be pet, fears…what makes them feel safe, comfortable and happy. (Boarding/Daycare) My priority when caring for your puppy is creating a safe, comfortable, and happy space for everyone who walks through my door. My home is love and happiness…and clean! We have a beautiful, safe and private enclosed backyard for sunbathing. Our new neighborhood is open, clean, grassy, and safe when walking dogs! We also love when dogs sleep on our bed and they are always welcome on furniture. If you prefer they sleep in a crate, their own bed or separate, that’s fine too.

I’ll also provide clear photo updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently have a flexible schedule and can provide drop-in visits and dog walks on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I limit my daily bookings so I can arrive on time, follow each pet’s routine carefully, and give every pet my full attention. I keep my Rover calendar updated and appreciate at least one day’s notice from new clients so we have time to confirm care instructions and arrange a Meet & Greet when needed. I care for pets in the comfort of their own home and follow each owner’s instructions closely. Before the first booking, I prefer a Meet & Greet to review feeding, water, litter boxes, walking routines, home access, emergency contacts, and any health or behavioral needs. During every visit, I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep dogs leashed outdoors, avoid interactions with unfamiliar animals, and respect your home. I also send photos and detailed updates about your pet’s food, water, bathroom habits, energy, and behavior.

About: I am new to the Foster City area coming from Texas. I have had many years of experience taking care of animals. I worked as a veterinary technician for 3 years in Austin, TX and prior to that I have worked with boarding facilities, daycares and groomers. I am skilled in the basics of grooming- bath, hair brushing/detangling, teeth brushing, nails, ear cleaning. I love to go for walks and be outside. I have 3 dogs myself so I am accustomed to walking multiple times a day. I'm also very skilled at cuddling on the couch, for those pets who are less active and looking for a drop in visit. I'm very comfortable around any animals, big or small. I have a lot of experience with senior pets - giving meds, lifting/helping them move around, cleaning up after messes. My main goal is to ensure that your pet is as happy and comfortable as they can be while you are away! I am currently taking a break from the vet care field but I am still looking to enrich my free time and help other's pets live their best lives! My pets are my first priority in the household. I spoil them in anyway that I can with food, treats, adventures and unconditional love. My pets are treated as family and I will always treat your pet with the same level of care and love.
