About: We are a couple who genuinely love animals and enjoy caring for them together. Mike grew up with a Golden Retriever named Lady and understands how to handle and care for dogs with patience and love. Lady spent her happy senior years together with our family, which gave us a lot of experience caring for an aging dog as well. Evie grew up with a Shih Tzu named Mashiro and was deeply involved in her care. Living with Mashiro taught them how sensitive and loving dogs are, and how important it is to provide gentle attention, patience, and a calm environment. We have already been caring for pets for some time and have built relationships with several private clients outside of Rover. About: Dogs have always been a large part of my life, whether the pups were my own, my roommate’s, or my friends’. Currently, I don't have any fur babies of my own and this is the longest I've lived without one in my life, so I’m hoping that caring for your fur babies will help tide me over until I'm able to get one of my own! Xiangling took wonderful care of our cat. She is incredibly patient, caring, and attentive to his needs. Qiuqiu quickly became comfortable with her. Every day, she follows the instructions and do the routines, also send us lots of photos and videos, along with thoughtful updates about how Qiuqiu was doing. Seeing him so relaxed and happy gave us huge peace of mind. Qiuqiu sometimes pees on the sofa so we always put pad on our sofa. She adjusted the shape and placement of the pad to help prevent accidents. It wasn’t something we specifically asked her to do—it was simply her paying close attention to his habits and finding a thoughtful solution. That level of care really stood out to us.
