Rachel was amazing!! I cannot express how grateful we are for her. Jeter loved her and actually anticipated her arrival every day!! We were a bit nervous since our dog can be a bit reactive with other dogs on walks, but Rachel handled it very well. We also had an accident with our air conditioner and Rachel immediately reached out to us and took care of the problem(something she definitely didn't have to do) Just amazing in all aspects!! Communication was also great. We knew exactly what was going on with Jeter at all times and Rachel made us feel at ease on our trip. Jeter is looking forward to future visits with Rachel!
