About: As a recent graduate from college, I've been missing my dog for four years. I've got a lot of love for dogs and want to share that with your furry babies! My guy is an old sick man with chronic vertigo, so I've got experience caring for dogs with mobility issues. I'm a lifelong dog lover happy to0 do whatever your pet needs, from lots of playtime and exercise (I'm a hiking lover!) to chill, lots of love snuggle time. I'm currently looking for work, so I am available to care for your pet as needed, whether that's 24 hour in-home care or just hanging out for the evenings/mornings. I have plenty of time for long walks and providing regular bathroom breaks. I am adaptable to many environments and have no mobility or health issues that will prevent your home from being accessible to me. I have a vehicle that works for dogs and am happy to transport them for bigger adventures.

“Cheng is a lifesaver! We were out visiting friends and had Cheng do drop-in visits for our puppy. Before the first visit, we were so worried because we could hear the smoke alarm beeping from dead batteries on the camera mic and couldn't see our puppy. Cheng was so kind and flexible to change from drop-in visits to boarding last minute so our puppy would stop being stressed from the alarm. He went above and beyond by silencing the alarm when he dropped our puppy back off before we got home. Cheng and Andree were super responsible, shared lots of photos and videos, and took him for walks. We were so relieved and were able to enjoy the rest of our travel. It was so nice to come home to a sweet puppy that was already fed and well-exercised.”

About: I've been around animals almost my whole life. I volunteered at an animal shelter in high school, have had cats of my own since 2013, pet sat cats and dogs for friends and family, and have had experience raising kittens as well as experience in TNR. Currently available all day and can be available for evenings and/or overnights if needed. Starting in late August I will not be able to visit your pet between 8am-12:30pm as I am a part time preschool teacher. But I am more than happy to spend time with your pet when you're not able to so they have company until you return home! As a life long animal lover, I understand pets are more than just an animal, but they're part of the family. I take time to get to know each pet and will do all I can to ensure that they are always safe in my care, whether during a walk or pet sitting in your home.

About: I’ve always been someone who naturally loves being around animals. I grew up with two dogs in my family and later had my own cat, who was a huge part of my life. What I love most about pets is how they give back even more love when you show them love. Their pure trust, kindness, and affection mean so much to me. I enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe and cared for. I understand that every pet is different—some want lots of attention and playtime, while others prefer their own space and a calm companion. As a pet owner, I completely understand the anxiety of leaving your loved one at home, and I want to help ease that worry. While I may not be the most professional sitter, I can guarantee that I will treat your pet the same way I would want my own to be treated—with patience, care, and genuine love. Your baby will definitely be in good hands with me. I work part-time as a project manager, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to spend with your pet and give them the attention they deserve. I have a yard for curious pets to explore, and I live in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood where almost every family seems to have a cat or dog! There are also nearby trails where I can take your dog for a run if they’re energetic, or simply enjoy a relaxing walk at their own pace. I currently don’t have any pets or kids at home, so my home is a quiet and comfortable space, especially for pets who may need a little extra time to adjust. Cats and dogs are absolutely welcome on the furniture and, of course, cuddles are always welcome! ❤️ I want your pet to feel at home and will treat them with the same care and love I would want for my own.

My work schedule is different every week but I get mine typically a month ahead of time and can plan accordingly. I'm open to scheduling same day or ahead of time if time allows. About: We are a couple who genuinely love animals and enjoy caring for them together. Mike grew up with a Golden Retriever named Lady and understands how to handle and care for dogs with patience and love. Lady spent her happy senior years together with our family, which gave us a lot of experience caring for an aging dog as well. Evie grew up with a Shih Tzu named Mashiro and was deeply involved in her care. Living with Mashiro taught them how sensitive and loving dogs are, and how important it is to provide gentle attention, patience, and a calm environment. We have already been caring for pets for some time and have built relationships with several private clients outside of Rover. Recently, we decided to join Rover to meet more wonderful pets and families in the community. We are always happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. We also enjoy being active, so dogs with lots of energy are absolutely welcome. Long walks, playtime, and exercise are no problem for us. We have a bicycle, which can be great for very active dogs that enjoy running. We treat every pet as if they were our own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. We have a flexible schedule and are able to spend plenty of time caring for pets throughout the day. Evie is usually at home, which allows us to give pets consistent attention, walks, and playtime. We are available for boarding on weekdays and weekends and are happy to accommodate your pet’s normal routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can relax and feel at home. We always pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, and we follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, and routines. About: Dogs have always been a large part of my life, whether the pups were my own, my roommate’s, or my friends’. Currently, I don't have any fur babies of my own and this is the longest I've lived without one in my life, so I’m hoping that caring for your fur babies will help tide me over until I'm able to get one of my own! I have a lot of love and attention I’d love to shower your fur baby with, but I also have a lot of patience and persistence for those who need a more determined approach. I have experience working with big and small breeds and younger and senior mutts, as well as Boxers, Pit Bulls, Great Danes, Labradors, German Shepherds, and Golden Retrievers. For the past year I’ve been volunteering with the Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA for the past year, working specifically with reactive and fearful dogs. Prior to that I’ve volunteered at shelters all over the world. I’ve lived in a few different countries and within the US I’ve lived in Boston, Washington D.C., Florida, and now the Bay Area! I speak English and Hindi fluently, and am conversant in Spanish, French, and Arabic. I’m happy to learn how to say commands and sweet nothings in any language that your fur baby prefers. I have a BA in Biological Anthropology from Boston University and a Master’s in Public Health from George Washington University. I’m currently unemployed and looking for work in health care - but this just means my schedule is that much more open and flexible. I look forward to loving and caring for your pup while their favorite person is away. About: I've cared for our family dog as a teenager. As an adult, I've had my own dog, who I adopted from a local shelter. She was an adult stray who stole my heart. I prioritized her every need. I've also cared for pets belonging to family members and my neighbors. My experience is with young to adult dogs and cats ranging from kittens to seniors. Additionally, I volunteered at a local pet shelter for three and half years, providing care to dogs of all ages. I'm reliable, honest, punctual, and follow instructions quite well. I work full-time, but am available to check-in on your pet in the mornings and late afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends. I work remotely on some days, which gives me more flexibility. I can travel to your home at your preferred time. I'm happy to accommodate your preference for entering your home and securely locking up after I leave. I can meet you in advance to ensure I have all of your instructions on how you want me to care for your pet.
