I’ve worked closely with a young puppy, attending training sessions and learning how to reinforce positive behaviors and create an environment where a dog can thrive. On the other end of the spectrum, I also have experience caring for senior dogs who require extra patience and support—whether that’s assisting with mobility, following specific diets, or adapting to hearing and vision loss. I regularly dog sit for friends with very different needs, from high-energy dogs who need multiple long walks a day to older dogs who require a slower pace and more hands-on care. I work full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule, which allows me to plan ahead one or two weeks in advance for working on site or at home. On weekdays, I can take pups on walks in the early morning or evening, while afternoon walks can be scheduled on a week-by-week basis depending on my on-site work schedule. I’m fully available for boarding on weekends, and depending on my work schedule, I can also offer overnight boarding during the week. I do my best to be flexible and accommodate each dog’s routine—whether that means early morning walks, regular potty breaks, or sticking closely to their usual schedule. If your pup is used to a 7am walk, I’m more than happy to start the day early to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I prioritize creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that helps every dog feel at ease, whether they’re in my home or their own. In my home, I have a private, fenced backyard that’s only accessible through my apartment, so your dog can safely enjoy fresh air. It’s partially covered as well, providing some protection from rain. Inside, I keep my space clean and dog-friendly, with cushioned area rugs to prevent slipping and give dogs a comfortable place to walk, play, or relax. I also provide cozy blankets and an outdoor dog bed so they have options for resting wherever they feel most comfortable. Cleanliness and routine are very important to me—I wash food bowls after each use and refresh water bowls throughout the day. Dogs are welcome on my furniture, but I always respect and follow your home rules to maintain consistency. If your dog isn’t allowed on furniture, I will reinforce those same boundaries. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and attentive to instructions. I carefully follow all provided routines, house rules, and notes to ensure your dog experiences as much consistency and comfort as possible while you’re away.

About: I've been around animals almost my whole life. I volunteered at an animal shelter in high school, have had cats of my own since 2013, pet sat cats and dogs for friends and family, and have had experience raising kittens as well as experience in TNR. Starting in late August I will be unable to visit your pet between 8am-12:30pm during the week as I am a part time preschool teacher. However, I can spend all weekend taking care of your pet. Even though I am working part time, I am more than happy to spend as much time as possible with your pet when you're not able to so they have company until you return home! About: Every chance that I had, I would take the opportunity to learn about and spend time with dogs and puppies. I love to teach new tricks, spend quality time, and learn about each unique dog! I work part time already, but I do not have an animal at home, and would love to be able to spend time with them while upping my overall experience with them! I am usually available in the mornings and evenings to spend time with them. The first thing I always make sure of is that the animals are in a safe enviorment, even in their own homes (ex: they could have knocked something over), whether or not it is a drop-in or "long term" visit. I always make sure that they are comfortable, indoors and outdoors, and that they are getting plenty of attention. Following a routine set by the parents is the priority, but always making sure that the animal is having fun is important too.
