Xiangling took wonderful care of our cat. She is incredibly patient, caring, and attentive to his needs. Qiuqiu quickly became comfortable with her. Every day, she follows the instructions and do the routines, also send us lots of photos and videos, along with thoughtful updates about how Qiuqiu was doing. Seeing him so relaxed and happy gave us huge peace of mind. Qiuqiu sometimes pees on the sofa so we always put pad on our sofa. She adjusted the shape and placement of the pad to help prevent accidents. It wasn’t something we specifically asked her to do—it was simply her paying close attention to his habits and finding a thoughtful solution. That level of care really stood out to us.
