I'm open to most types of pet sitting and have a hybrid work approach so more often than not am able to stay for the majority of the day with your furry child! I love walking in general, playing with dogs, cats, and appreciate that every pet has their own personality. Pet setting has always been a source of joy in my life and creating long standing relationships with families and their pets. It is such an amazing feeling to be treated with a wagging tail or a tail straight up depending on the pet :) and know that sending photos of their fur friend is bringing peace of mind to a family. I understand how much a pet means and am willing to go the extra mile to fit your families needs.

I know I'm in good company here in saying that I treat my own cat like she's a part of my family. With any animal I'm taking care of I do my best to adhere to the schedule that the pet is used to in an effort to maintain a sense of normalcy when their family is away from them. I usually like to get to know what each pet likes and make sure we are trying to do some of their favorite activities to make their time positive. I make a concerted effort to keep the home neat and tidy each day so that the pet is also feeling clean and comfortable, but also so that the owners know that I respect not only their pet but their home. Depending on the preference of the owner I find it fun to send a small daily update which includes a photo and how the pet is doing overall.

Linnea is an amazing caretaker to any animal! She is very detail oriented and makes sure to update me in a timely manner when it comes to my fur babies. Linnea has watched various animals of mine over the years (tortoise, cat, dog, bird) and each time I am able to feel safe and happy knowing they will be in good hands and relaxed with the person I am leaving them with. Linnea asks really great questions when it comes to pet care and made sure to fully understand the feeding and medication schedule for my needier pets. I have had issues in the past with sitters being complacent when it comes to this kind of detailed care but with Linnea I felt at ease seeing as she has had direct experience with more complex animals. I would recommend Linnea to any pet owner for safe and reliable animal care.
Linnea is exceptionally patient and caring with animals both friendly and shy alike. With cats in particular I know her to be very well versed.

Schedule
I'm a graduate student getting a masters in clinical psychology in the evenings, which means I am available most days of the week and weekend during the day.
Prices include all fees.
