This review is for drop-in visits which I booked with Emma for 10 days. I cannot recommend Emma enough! She truly went above and beyond taking care of Koda while we were away on our trip. I was extremely worried about Koda and probably sent Emma paragraphs and paragraphs of instructions and messages, but she was so patient, understanding, and reassuring the entire time. She followed all of my instructions carefully and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. Koda was having a lot of anxiety with us being gone, and Emma did so much more than I ever expected from a dog walker. She helped administer his anxiety medication, spent extra time with him, cuddled with him, and even brought Koda to her own home to help him feel more comfortable and ease his anxiety. You can genuinely tell how much she cares about the dogs she takes care of. Knowing that Koda had someone who was not only looking after him but truly caring for him made such a huge difference for us. Emma is incredibly kind, dependable, compassionate, and amazing with Koda. We are so grateful for everything she did for him while we were away. I cannot recommend Emma enough. She is absolutely wonderful, and I would trust her with Koda anytime!

Huei is a delightful person, very upbeat, and she did a great job walking our beloved golden doodle person-in-a-dog suit Phoebe, who by the wonderful photos that Huei sent back from the walks, clearly was having a blast with her 30 walks. Huei was great about communicating when she would be over to take Phoebe for a walk and what was going on with Phoebe from the walk.
