3. Dawn M.
“Dawn has taken such great care of Wavy! When Wavy did not want to get off of the couch one day, she reached out asking if Wavy had a favorite treat to help. This is just one of the many ways her extensive experience with animals showed through. ❤️”
4. Julia K.
“Julia was kind, thoughtful, and attentive to our pup. Even when there was a slight hiccup, she was communicative and supportive. We will definitely be contacting Julia again!”
5. Victoria S.
“I am always so glad to have Vicky to take care of my cat and know she will be in reliable hands. Vicky has looked after her for several trips over the years, the longest of which was one month. She paid careful attention to my requests about feeding schedule. She was also quite in tune with how my cat was doing, and my normally grumpy cat became affectionate with her too. Vicky kept me posted with photos and let me know what my cat had been up to. I came home to a happy cat!”
6. Donna B.
“Donna looked after my dog Teddy so well. He adores her . I trust Donna fully with Teddy and his reaction to Donna when he sees her tells me all I need to know . Donna is trustworthy, dependent and has such a lovely manner around my dog. She was a lifeline when I couldn’t be there .”
7. Laura C.
“Laura is, by far, the best pet owner I know (...and I know a lot). It starts with Laura's big heart. She has a deep love for living things in general; This includes plants, wildlife, sea animals, etc... She calls me every time one of her plants grows a new leaf! Laura is also very responsible. She had 3 dogs at once for a large portion of her life and was the only one out of her 4 siblings that would walk all of them daily, bathe them weekly, and take them to the vet. Additionally, when she moved away from them, she would call her brothers to make sure they were taking care of them properly. Finally, and most importantly, Laura is trustworthy. Her boss at one of her old jobs would occasionally ask her to babysit her dogs while she and her family were out of town, so Laura would spend one or multiple nights in a row. I highly recommend her service. You will not regret it.”
8. lisa r.
“"I am thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided by Lisa, who has consistently demonstrated a genuine affection for dogs. Her patience, kindness, and warm demeanor have been particularly notable, as she has always maintained a positive attitude and treated canine companions with respect and courtesy. Her friendly and polite manner has made interactions with her a pleasure, and I am grateful for her dedication to providing top-notch service."”
9. Danielle V.
“Gadget, our Formosan Mountain Dog, has loved Danielle for the past year, walking 3 times per week and house/dog sitting for several vacations. She's the best! Danielle is responsible, prompt, pleasant, and very sensitive to our rather difficult dog. She respects Gadget's needs with patience and understanding. Danielle consistently chronicles the activities and takes great pictures during every walk. She has even taught Gadget new tricks. We highly, highly recommend Danielle!”
10. Samuel P.
“Thank you for providing such great care to Carmelo!! It looks like he loved his walk!”
11. Zaida B.
About: Hello! My name is Zaida and I think your little furry companion and I could become best friends. Dogs have been the love of my life since I was a little girl and was fortunate enough to take care of a sweet female terrier for 16 years. I also used to watch dogs in The Netherlands for 5 years before I moved to California and it's a responsibility that brings me so much joy. I have experience with puppies, adult and senior dogs of small and medium sized breeds. I am also familiar with dog behavior and training and I'm comfortable administering oral and topical medication. I understand the importance of finding someone who is trustworthy and will love and take care of your dog when you're not around. You can be rest assured that I will take care of your dog as if it were my own. Your best friend will be in the best of hands with me whether it be on an adventure at the park, walking around the neighborhood or playing and cuddling at home. I have included some photos of all the pets I have loved looking after over the past few years. I'm currently studying and doing some part-time work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule. Your dog will be supervised at all times and they will get plenty of attention. I’ll send photos and videos throughout the day with updates of your pup. I live with my husband and our dog Coco, a friendly 3-year-old German Spitz. He easily gets along with other dogs and loves their company. We have been boarding dogs of all ages since he was a puppy and always had a great experience. Our house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We have a fenced front and back yard where your dog can run, play and sunbathe. Inside, we have a cozy living area with a big couch for your dog to feel at home in. Before taking new dogs for boarding or day care I like to arrange a little meet-up for our dogs to get to know each other and make sure we're a good match. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup!
12. Alexis G.
“I met Alexis through a friend because she walked their dog. I needed help with my dog and my friend recommended Alexis and she is just the best. So hard to find someone trustworthy and really good with animals and Alexis is both!”
13. Dara G.
“I have two 4-year-old cats, and Dara has become my go-to cat sitter. I travel frequently for work, but can rest easy knowing they are in excellent hands. Dara is incredibly attentive, not only ensuring they are well-fed and have fresh water but also making sure they get plenty of playtime and attention. My cats can be shy around new people, but Dara’s calming presence has won them over. I always return home to happy, relaxed pets, and I can’t thank her enough for the peace of mind she provides!”
14. Stina H.
About: I am mainly a nanny to toddlers by trade, but have dabbled in pet sitting for friends for a decade now, and had a good handful of paid gigs with dogs and cats before the pandemic hit. I even helped house train a dachshund puppy. I am hopeful to get back into the groove with some new furry friends this summer! I currently have one tiny elderly cat of my own, Missy MooMoo. I grew up with a chow mix dog, many cats, guinea pigs, and a bird in my life. I've helped transport and feed a few pernickety snakes before. Have even shoveled chicken coups. Some of my close friends have a massive Cane Corso whom I've loved watching grow since his puppyhood (pictured at 15 months!) Others have Carolina dogs, Cattle dogs, "pit bulls", all the way down to Chihuahua mixes 🥰 I have experience in situations with anxious and sick animals, and try my best to hold safe space for them. I'm also a very tidy house guest. I might organize your fridge. I currently nanny from ~2-7pm on weekdays. Would love for my fiance to be able to stay with me in some contexts. He is a sweet and gentle man. I also respect that many pets have preferences in types of humans they accept around, though. I havent own dogs as an adult, because I don't think I can provide the life they deserve yet! We pamper our cat like a spoiled princess. I hope this shows the life and level of care I believe all animals deserve, even when they are having a hard time.
15. Nick G.
“Nick goes above and beyond when it comes to pet care. He is thorough and truly thoughtful when looking after our dogs, making sure they are happy, exercised, safe, and tired by the time he leaves. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for peace of mind when away from home!”
16. Liana K.
“I highly recommend Liana as a pet sitter. She is caring and responsible with a passion for animals. Over the past few years, Liana has pet sit both cats and dogs to help her friends out during their vacations. She prioritizes the animals’ wellbeing, managing the specific needs of each. Liana ensures that pets feel comfortable and safe by sticking to their specified schedule and rituals while they deal with the disruption in their routines. Overall, Liana is patient and reliable, making her a great pet sitter. - Elise C.”
17. Jorge S.
“I've known Jorge for many years and he has always been a compassionate and dedicated dog caregiver. Since childhood, he's had a natural talent for understanding and attending to the needs of all kinds of dogs. His gentle demeanor and consistent care have made him my go-to person for dog sitting. I trust him implicitly with my furry friend and highly recommend him to any pet owner seeking peace of mind and the best care for their dog.”
18. Kayla M.
“Kayla was an angel! Last minute i had to find a sitter for my cat cappuccino and she was there for the rescue. She sent me photos of my kitty and checked in with me plenty, will be using her services again!”
19. Chris W.
“I have known Chris for 4 years now and he is an excellent dog owner. Before he we had our own dogs, you could tell how much Chris loved dogs and how he wanted one of his own. My wife and I have a dog that is the sister to Chris’s dog, and have spent many play dates together. Chris treats his dog and all other dogs like his best friend and loves looking after them. He is kind, caring and knows how to take care of them. When my wife went into labor, Chris was the first person we thought of to take care of our dog, Cleo while we were away. Cleo felt at ease having Chris look after her because she loves and trusts him. He is very reliable and will do anything to make sure your dog is taken care of. I highly recommend Chris.”
20. Li T.
“I am thrilled to recommend Li as a dog sitter. During the time she helped me with my maltipoo, her dedication and care were truly outstanding. She not only ensured that all of his needs were met, but she also provided him with the love and attention that every dog deserves. What impressed me the most was Li's intuitive understanding of my dog’s needs. Whether it was her timely feeding schedule, the engaging playtimes, or the gentle way she managed his grooming, she handled everything with a smile and professional ease. Her ability to connect with my maltipoo and make him feel at ease, even when I was away, was comforting to me as a pet owner. Li is dependable, trustworthy, and her passion for animals shines through in her actions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and competent dog sitter. She truly goes above and beyond, and any pet in her care is in good hands.”
