About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, which has shaped my understanding of their needs, routines, and personalities. I’ve always been involved in caring for my own family pets, including feeding, walking, and giving them consistent attention. Beyond that, I’ve pet sat overnight and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, family, and others. About: I've been around cats and dogs since I was a baby. After being scratched many times growing up around cats, I have learned cat behavior pretty well. I currently have two cats that would attest to that if they knew English. As for dogs, I've been around many different breeds. My family has had a German Shepherd, a black lab, a tea cup chihuahua, a beagle, and a jack a poo. (not all at the same time.) I feel comfortable taking care of most dogs! I also have house sat for friends with dogs many times before. (they were a mastiff and a weimaraner) I mostly spend my day working on personal projects on the computer. The schedule for those is very flexible so I have plenty of time to stop by and take care of pets! I currently have two cats in my apartment. I keep the litter box cleaned, I play with them throughout the day and take them out on walks in a stroller occasionally. All things I can do when caring for your cat (except for the stroller, probably).

I adore all animals and would love to get to know yours :) I’m currently working gig jobs for the summer so I am free the vast majority of hours the vast majority of days. About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years and am comfortable administrating medication, taking them on walks, walking multiple dogs at once, and taking care of dogs of all sizes. I have experience with small, medium, and large dogs. I am college student and have completely open availability until July 27th. Son was a great walker for my parents dog while she (the dog) was staying with me for a few weeks! He made sure to follow her pace and provided fantastic reports for each of her walks. He was kind to her and understanding of her needs, and provided photos and info about each walk. Definitely would have him walk for us again in the future!
Stephania has been doing check ins for my Dachshund puppy twice a day 3x a week for a few weeks now, and it is no easy task! At our first initial meeting, Stephania asked very detailed questions about her care, training, schedule, behavior, vet information, and also my expectations on what a day to day visit would look like. Her diligence reassured me that she is detailed oriented and really cares about providing the best care possible. She is very easy to contact, responds quickly, and openly communicates. My work schedule is very random, but Stephania goes above and beyond to work around it. Stephania is also very respectful of my home, and leaves it exactly as I left it, which I really appreciate. I also have cats in my home that she is not responsible for caring for, but will still show them love and attention anyways. Poppy and I appreciate everything she does, and I am confident in rebooking her again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
