We were a little apprehensive about using Rover for the first time but after meeting Tracey, her warm demeanor instantly put us (and the pets) at ease. During the stay, Tracey maintained consistent communication, providing regular updates and even sending cute pics and videos of the pets enjoying their time. It was so reassuring to know they were in such capable hands and it really helped us to relax and enjoy our time away not worrying about the fur kids! In addition to her exceptional care for the pets, Tracey also took great care of our home and left everything neat and tidy. Overall, we cannot recommend her highly enough and we are so lucky to have found such a reliable and qualified carer on Rover. We will definitely be reaching out to her again to look after our pets.”

“Kendall did so good watching my Nala! She made sure to always communicate with me and even got her to nail a new trick (spin). Nala is a Labrador retriever and sometimes isn’t the best on the leash but she did such a good job with her. She is very trustworthy and left my home just as good (if not better) than I left it.
