“We usually leave our dog and cat with friends or family but having just moved to the area we needed to find an alternative arrangement. We were a little apprehensive about using Rover for the first time but after meeting Tracey, her warm demeanor instantly put us (and the pets) at ease. During the stay, Tracey maintained consistent communication, providing regular updates and even sending cute pics and videos of the pets enjoying their time. It was so reassuring to know they were in such capable hands and it really helped us to relax and enjoy our time away not worrying about the fur kids! In addition to her exceptional care for the pets, Tracey also took great care of our home and left everything neat and tidy. Overall, we cannot recommend her highly enough and we are so lucky to have found such a reliable and qualified carer on Rover. We will definitely be reaching out to her again to look after our pets.”
