Kristina was fantastic with both our dog and cat! I would consider myself a cautious customer with a reasonably high level of expectation. Kristina exceeded my expectation for sure. I was able to relax on vacation because I knew both animals were well cared for and happy. Kristina spent quality time with both and was appropriately communicative. Our dog usually doesn’t eat much because he gets stressed but he ate well and enjoyed his time with his new friend. Alison was super! Very responsive and clear in communications. Very good creating trust and comfort with all three pups... And the pups' owners!
