I have 18 years of experience caring for other people’s pets and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs, cats, and small animals, and I have also worked in a large-animal veterinary setting. My experience includes puppies, senior dogs, large and small breeds, multiple-dog households, and pets with medical or special-care needs. I am comfortable administering eye and ear drops, oral and topical medications, and food additives according to your instructions. As a preschool teacher, I am calm in chaotic situations, attentive to individual needs, adaptable, nurturing, and playful. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, preferences, and routines. Whether your pet wants active play, a long walk, gentle companionship, or a quiet presence nearby, I adjust my approach to help them feel comfortable and secure. My goal is to keep your pet’s life as familiar and predictable as possible while you are away, reducing stress by following their usual feeding, walking, medication, play, and bedtime routines.

I care for every pet according to their established routine, personality, comfort level, and household rules. Before care begins, I make sure I understand feeding instructions, medications, walking routines, triggers, hiding places, emergency contacts, and any safety concerns. I strive to be consistent and dependable, communicate clearly, and keep you updated while you are away. In a client’s home, I treat both the pets and the space with care and respect. I monitor pets for changes in behavior, appetite, mobility, bathroom habits, or overall well-being and will contact you promptly if anything seems unusual. I can also board apartment-friendly dogs who are calm and safe around cats. Because I have a senior tripod cat, her safety and comfort are essential. Boarding requests will need to be a good match for a shared apartment environment, and I will carefully discuss your dog’s history with cats, behavior indoors, routine, and supervision needs before confirming.

Morgan saved us from a terrible situation with another sitter while we were in another country. She came into a situation that we didn’t understand nor did we have visibility to the state of our apartment. It was bad. Morgan worked with us and our dog tirelessly while dealing with a disgusting apartment from our previous sitter. She helped coordinate with a cleaner and she helped coordinate with my friend to check on our dog. She sent endless photos and updates. She was incredibly communicative, thorough, and we truly cannot recommend her enough. If you want peace of mind, choose Morgan.

Schedule
I work as a preschool teacher during the school year and am generally available for morning, late-afternoon, and evening care. My school-year schedule is best suited to pets who are comfortable being alone for at least six hours during the day. I have my greatest flexibility during summer and school holiday breaks, when I may be able to accommodate pets that need more frequent visits, closer supervision, medication on a specific schedule, or additional companionship. I will always discuss your pet’s routine and needs with you before booking to make sure my schedule is a good fit.
