She was super attentive during the meet and greet and clearly connected with our cat during the first introduction. Our cat was immediately at ease and comfortable with her. During the drop-ins, she showed up at the time scheduled, followed our feeding and litter box instructions to a T and sent cute photos and left great notes in the app. She also brought in a package for us, which we appreciate so much! Anna was great with my three cats and was very accommodating to each of their personalities and needs. Two of my cats usually aren't so quick to warm up to strangers, but they were friendly with Anna in no time. She was thorough with brushing my cat who was prone to hairballs, and gave her medication every day with no problems.
