She was very flexible when our trip was delayed and on our last day when we asked her to come early. Shumyla was prompt to our meet and greet and showed up reliably each day while we were gone. We could tell that our kitties were well cared for because Shumyla sent us Rover pictures daily. The snuggle pictures showed that Shumyla became our cats' new BFF. She did an excellent job giving oral medications to one of our cats as evidenced by the fact he was happy and healthy when we returned home. Great job Shumyla! Clove is usually pretty shy and nervous around new people, but she actually felt comfortable with Hsuan-Chu and even warmed up to her, which meant a lot to us. Anahita did a great job taking care of my very independent and sometimes hard to track down kitty cat! She sent lots of pictures and she was on time and she texted me when she had any issues. She communicates effectively when she has issues or maybe will be delayed, and most importantly Milo liked her right away! I was able to completely relax knowing that my cat was being cared for while I was traveling.
Been lucky enough to have Karina take care of QT my cat twice now and both times, she’s been very responsive, responsible, always sent a ton of photos, and paid attention to small things I’ve asked like watching he doesn’t knock over his water or food, giving him furball gel, or cleaning the gunk from his eye. She does an excellent job of the basics of cleaning his litter box and refilling his water too!!! Karina is also very transparent and lets me know when things happen like him throwing up. Both times I’ve returned to find QT behaving very relaxed and happy. The best is that she goes above and beyond and does many extra things like taking the time to give him wet food, brush him, cuddle with him. So happy to have her, I’m able to feel assured he’s taken cared of and doesn’t get too crazy/stressed being by himself (as a Maine coon cat he is very dog like).

Chloe is flexible, accommodating and very professional! We just moved to the area and were nervous to find a new pet sitter, but she made us feel so comfortable. We have a blind dog, and Chloe was confident in navigating it. She even made a point to research another medical condition that my dog has! Another plus is that our dog and cat usually aren't very social with strangers, but they both warmed up to her pretty easily!

My cat can be a little picky and not friendly with everyone, but she was very patient and gentle, and my cat warmed up to her quickly. She followed all my instructions carefully, kept everything clean, and made sure my cat was eating well and feeling comfortable. She also sent me regular updates and photos, which helped me relax during my trip. I would definitely ask her to help again.

Victoria did a great job taking care of our cat lord Reggae when we were away for the long weekend. Reggae was still getting used to the new environment and Victoria made sure he was well fed and engaged and we came back seeing Reggae looking comfy and at ease.
Lauren was absolutely fantastic while watching our cat, Louie, for a week over the holidays. She took excellent care of all the essentials—feeding, fresh water, and keeping the litter box clean—but she really went above and beyond by spending quality time playing with him. We also came home to a clean house; she even watered our plants and vacuumed at each visit! The photo and video updates were the highlight of our day and gave us total peace of mind.
