We were so lucky to have Lucy take care of our two cats while we were on vacation. Before our trip, we had a meet-and-greet with her to introduce Muffy and Waffy and go over all of their routines and needs. Lucy was attentive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with from the very beginning. During our trip, Lucy sent us lots of photos and updates of Muffy , which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy a worry-free vacation in Hawaii. Whenever she had a question, such as whether to adjust the amount of dry food for a stray cat that visits our yard, she reached out and kept us informed. Lucy also went above and beyond by helping us roll the garbage bins out to the street and bringing them back afterward. On her last visit, she even gave Muffy and Waffy some treats and helped tidy up their area before we returned home. Lucy is friendly, reliable, responsible, and genuinely caring. It was a pleasure working with her, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our cats in her care. We would absolutely book with Lucy again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter! 😊

Lucy provided excellent care of our three senior cats during our 4 day trip. She administered medication, fed, watered and cleaned up after our cats. Her reports from visits were fun, informative and made us laugh. She provided plenty of pictures to show that the cats were active, correct medication was being administered and the food/water/bathroom areas were all being kept clean. Lucy was wonderful through every step of the way and provided excellent care to our cats durning her visits!
Lucy took excellent care of my cat! Clear, consistent updates and photos, which gives me peace of mind while I’m away. She is helpful and friendly, highly recommend!
