We booked Chris for 5 days while we went to visit family out of town. Our 5 day trip was unexpectedly extended when a snow storm cancelled our flight and we were unable to get on a new flight for another 5 days. Luckily, Chris was available (this was the week of Christmas and NYE!) and had no problem adjusting to our delay. He even went to the store to buy more dog food when we ran out! About: I’ve had or cared for dogs and cats most of my life. Most recently I’ve had two cats which passed away at 20 years of age. With an empty house, I’ve taken to walking, sitting, and boarding for friends as well as volunteering with Pets in Need and the Humane Society. Work full time but half of the day is usually at home. Spouse is not working and likely to spend some quality time with your pet as well. Early morning walks, daytime potty breaks and additional evening walks for the energetic ones are likely. I have a small fenced patio but I’m more likely to take your dog to the large grassy common space directly in front of my home or the dog friendly park adjacent to my home.

Anke is a real cat whisperer. Our cats are very selective about whom they let pet them, but at the same time they’re very social, so I’ve been worried about leaving them home for too long. But Anke showered them with love and playtime, and they fell in love with her right away. She’s also a great photographer and provides amazing updates and reports, with her, you always know what’s going on at home with your cats when you’re away. I’m sure they miss her now!
