About: I have supported my wife in watching animals on Rover but recently took the jump to make my own profile on Rover! I have professionally cared for dogs on Rover since 2017. From pet boarding in our home to house sitting in the homes of others, I have professionally cared for pups of all ages- from puppies to senior dogs. Currently I am taking classes to further my education and work a flexible schedule professionally reffing soccer games which are usually one to two hours in length. I live an active lifestyle but also love to have relaxing days depending on your dog’s needs. I understand how much trust goes into having someone else care for your furbaby let alone opening up your own home. I treat the home I come into with respect and follow any rules and cultural considerations for any homes I enter. I respect rules set by you and my main priority is to keep the dog(s) I am watching on their normal schedule until their humans are back home!
About: I’ve had or cared for dogs and cats most of my life. Most recently I’ve had two cats which passed away at 20 years of age. With an empty house, I’ve taken to walking, sitting, and boarding for friends as well as volunteering with Pets in Need and the Humane Society. Work full time but half of the day is usually at home. Spouse is not working and likely to spend some quality time with your pet as well. Early morning walks, daytime potty breaks and additional evening walks for the energetic ones are likely. I have a small fenced patio but I’m more likely to take your dog to the large grassy common space directly in front of my home or the dog friendly park adjacent to my home.

I have a 3 year old Pomeranian dog and been a dog owner my whole life. 😊 I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to play, walk, and attend to your pups! I also have a fenced backyard so can play with them in the yard as well and take regular morning and afternoon walks with my pup daily! I have a fenced yard and a 3 year old Pomeranian who is super friendly and can keep your pup company! We have plenty of room for a crate as well if you want your pup to be crated at any time and pets are allowed on all furniture in my home. 😊

She also picked up on small things like batteries needing replacement for a chip feeder, or small changes due to house keeping having been in the house. Elise is an excellent pet sitter. My cat loves her. It is good to know a caring, responsible person is taking over when I am away! Elise goes above and beyond—she brings in mail and packages, rolls recycling bins to and fro, sweeps up scattered cat litter, and even cleans up the occasional pet accident. I highly recommend Elise!
Jeanne was on time the two mornings to feed our feral cats which are three to four of them, though these cats she will not see since they hide until she leaves our front yard. Yet, we invited her into our front room when she came to our front door and Jeanne has a wonderful spirit who can talk about just about anything plus no shyness is there about her.
