“I am very happy with the care provided to my cats. Yuki and Akira seemed really comfortable and playful. Yu-Wen was great about sending photos and giving me updates. I highly recommend him.”

“Kristin is amazing! She takes care of our fur babies like they are her own. She is so reliable and keeps us informed of everything that’s going on. We are so grateful for her!!”

“Kate took great care of our kitties on short notice. She was prompt in her communication and took great care of our home. Our normally shy cat was comfortable and came out to visit. Kate is a cat whisperer! She even took out our garbage cans on trash day when asked! We would not hesitate to have Kate watch our cats again.”

About: I have supported my wife in watching animals on Rover but recently took the jump to make my own profile on Rover! I have professionally cared for dogs on Rover since 2017. From pet boarding in our home to house sitting in the homes of others, I have professionally cared for pups of all ages- from puppies to senior dogs. My wife and I have two goldendoodles (8 and 6 years old). Growing up, my family has fostered many dogs and so I have experience with various breeds and pups with special needs. Currently I am taking classes to further my education and work a flexible schedule professionally reffing soccer games which are usually one to two hours in length. I live an active lifestyle but also love to have relaxing days depending on your dog’s needs. I understand how much trust goes into having someone else care for your furbaby let alone opening up your own home. I treat the home I come into with respect and follow any rules and cultural considerations for any homes I enter. I respect rules set by you and my main priority is to keep the dog(s) I am watching on their normal schedule until their humans are back home!
About: I’ve had or cared for dogs and cats most of my life. Most recently I’ve had two cats which passed away at 20 years of age. With an empty house, I’ve taken to walking, sitting, and boarding for friends as well as volunteering with Pets in Need and the Humane Society. Work full time but half of the day is usually at home. Spouse is not working and likely to spend some quality time with your pet as well. Early morning walks, daytime potty breaks and additional evening walks for the energetic ones are likely. I have a small fenced patio but I’m more likely to take your dog to the large grassy common space directly in front of my home or the dog friendly park adjacent to my home.
“Mámoo is absolutely wonderful with Kato (my high-energy female husky). It’s easy to see the care and enthusiasm they bring to every visit. Kato gets excited as soon as she sees them. Mámoo plays, runs, and engages with her in a way that matches her energy. It’s clear they enjoy spending time together. I am confident Kato is in such loving hands and capable hands.”

“Allison provided great support for our elderly (16yr) mostly blind dog. She was friendly and patient with the slow moving and quirky pet. Allison was reliably on-time and provided the appropriate amount of communications for our situation.”
About: I worked as a certified pet care specialist for 3 years and have been dog sitting and walking for five years. I have a 3 year old Pomeranian dog and been a dog owner my whole life. 😊 I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to play, walk, and attend to your pups! I also have a fenced backyard so can play with them in the yard as well and take regular morning and afternoon walks with my pup daily! I have a fenced yard and a 3 year old Pomeranian who is super friendly and can keep your pup company! We have plenty of room for a crate as well if you want your pup to be crated at any time and pets are allowed on all furniture in my home. 😊
“Sydney was great. Was super flexible despite a change in time. It was clear she cared for our cat Huchu deeply. She provided many photos and daily updates. Even went above and beyond asking to help take out trash! Would recommend her highly. And she will be our first choice again.”

“Elise took excellent care of our two cats while we were away for a two week trip overseas. I really appreciated Elise’s detailed updates and photos of our kitties. I felt confident they were well cared for, and Elise was very professional throughout. Highly recommend Elise!”

“Brianna was absolutely incredible taking care of our two kittens during our first trip away from them! She was kind, thoughtful, communicative, and clearly cared so much about making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved while we were gone. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such great hands. We came home to two very happy kittens, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!”

Shannon cat parents share their Rover experiences
Kristin has been great caring for our two cats while we were out of town for a week. She checked in each day with reports and photos, and I feel the kitties did really well with her. She also picked up on small things like batteries needing replacement for a chip feeder, or small changes due to house keeping having been in the house. I will happily hire her again, and recommend her to anyone needing care.

Elise is an excellent pet sitter. My cat loves her. It is good to know a caring, responsible person is taking over when I am away! Elise goes above and beyond—she brings in mail and packages, rolls recycling bins to and fro, sweeps up scattered cat litter, and even cleans up the occasional pet accident. I highly recommend Elise!
Jeanne was on time the two mornings to feed our feral cats which are three to four of them, though these cats she will not see since they hide until she leaves our front yard. Yet, we invited her into our front room when she came to our front door and Jeanne has a wonderful spirit who can talk about just about anything plus no shyness is there about her. Jeanne smiles, laughs and keeps eye contact while we all talked also. Lovely personality she has... I'm glad she lives close by us too. Thank you. Sincerely, Mrs. Bonnie Kellerby

This was our second time booking with Jing, and just like the previous time, she followed all our instructions and took care of our cats like her own. We really appreciated the updates and photos she shared. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable sitter and peace of mind while away from home!
My cats and I absolutely love Sam! I am so thankful to have found someone who is so sweet and takes great care of my babies when I’m away. She is always so informative and keeps me updated on everything. She even offered to check in on my new kitty an extra time to make sure everything was okay which help put my mind at ease. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. Thank you for everything, you’re amazing!🤍
