I like to visit your home and do a run through of your typical day/night with your animal companion(s) before the booking begins. My meet and greets are complimentary. During the booking you will receive comprehensive updates as well as pictures each and every visit. For Drop-In clients, I utilize Rover cards for each appointment which enables you to track start and end times, and receive my detailed notes and visuals. I dedicate the entire allocated duration (30 minutes or an hour, if chosen) solely to your pet, engaging in activities they enjoy without compromising on time. I am insured beyond the Rover guarantee.

Your pet's safety is my number one priority. Please let me know of any special needs (medications, allergies, quirks, etc.) ahead of time at our meet and greet. I also would like to know what treats and toys your animal companion(s) love. Also, if your pet is on a particular potty break schedule, please let me know that ahead of time as well.
A typical day
During my drop-in visits for your cat, I make sure they receive plenty of attention and care! I'll offer enrichment for your kitty with their favorite toys for fun playtime, whether they love chasing a toy mouse, pouncing on feather wands, or batting at interactive puzzles. I'll offer their preferred treats as a reward, while providing lots of praise and affection to keep them feeling secure and happy. Whether it's play, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I'll ensure your cat is comfortable and enriched while you're away! I love to exercise pups by taking them on long walks in your neighborhood. I have extensive experience walking all sizes of dogs, from 4 lb teacup Poodles to 120 lb+ Rottweilers and I always ensure that all dogs are walked on leash. My goal is to build a strong, trusting bond between your pet and myself!

Pet Care Professional American Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid + CPR Certified Able to administer all medications, including via injection. I have personally had dog and cat companions my entire life. While in high school my family participated in fostering with rescue groups that place senior and special needs Golden Retrievers into caring homes, so that allowed me to work with elderly dogs and pups with health needs. I spent 2013 - 2021 living in Montana where we had chickens, ducks, geese, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep and a miniature donkey as well as cats and dogs, so I also have in depth and hands on experience with non-traditional pets as well. I have also participated in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, specializing in orphaned baby tree and ground squirrels. I also have extensive equine (horse + donkey) experience. I love and respect all animals and will take care of your pets like my own. I pride myself on being conscientious, thoughtful, compassionate and I enjoy caregiving for animals very much! Elise is an excellent pet sitter. My cat loves her. It is good to know a caring, responsible person is taking over when I am away! Elise goes above and beyond—she brings in mail and packages, rolls recycling bins to and fro, sweeps up scattered cat litter, and even cleans up the occasional pet accident. I highly recommend Elise!
