“Elise is the best! We feel so comfortable leaving our older cat in her care and he loves her too. She even got him a holiday gift full of fun toys and kitty treats. Just the best.”

About: Hi I’m Renin—an animal lover, dedicated caretaker, and recent graduate from the University of Washington, Seattle, where I majored in Psychology. I recently moved back home to Los Gatos and am currently working part-time as a PR Account Coordinator. While I love my work in communications and marketing, I also have a huge heart for animals and have always been drawn to caretaking roles. Growing up I cared for two parakeets, two kittens, and even helped raise my much younger sibling. With over three years of childcare experience, I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and creating a safe, loving environment. For the past eight years, I’ve been pet-sitting for friends, family, and acquaintances, looking after both cats and dogs of all needs and ages. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or keeping up with their unique routines, I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels comfortable and cared for. I’d love to meet your furry (or feathered!) family members and give them all the love and attention they deserve! I’m currently working part-time and because my dad is allergic, I’m not able to have my own furry baby yet! So, I love being able to care for others’! The area in which I live in is very pet-friendly, I live just a few minutes walk from parks in a very walkable residential neighborhood. I have a car that provides reliable transportation.

“Knowing that Allison was checking in on our pets and giving them some loving attention was very reassuring! I appreciated the updates and photos!”

“Sydney was great. Was super flexible despite a change in time. It was clear she cared for our cat Huchu deeply. She provided many photos and daily updates. Even went above and beyond asking to help take out trash! Would recommend her highly. And she will be our first choice again.”

About: I have 11 years of experience caring for dogs, including my own sweet Golden Retriever, Bella, who has been my companion and teacher in understanding pet needs. I'm skilled at providing personalized care, whether it's for energetic puppies, adult dogs, or senior pets. My experience includes administering medications, managing feeding schedules, ensuring potty breaks, and maintaining exercise routines. I also love walking and exploring the outdoors, so I can’t wait to take your pet for a hike or a relaxing neighborhood stroll. Every pet I care for is treated like family, ensuring their safety, happiness, and comfort while you're away! Since I work remotely and run my own small business, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I'm passionate about animals, especially dogs and cats, and love incorporating daily walks into my routine. Whether it's a morning hike or an afternoon stroll, I’m always ready to give your pet the exercise, attention, and love they need throughout the day! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment. I always follow any rules and instructions you provide to ensure your pet's routine and needs are met. I understand how important it is to maintain consistency for your pet, so I will be very careful and attentive to every detail. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I will treat your home with the same respect as I would my own.

“Shiela was very patient with our dog Pippa, who was quite wary of her initially and warmed up over time. Sheila's efforts allowed us to relax and feel confident that Pippa was well cared for during our absence. I would 100% recommend Shiela to other Rover customers.”

“Kayla was an amazing caregiver and companion to our 2 beloved senior cats with special needs. She even agreed to be trained on giving them their daily shots and was very punctual and thorough with them. I highly recommend Kayla for your pet needs, she's a real gem!”

“Kathleen is extremely diligent and takes her cat sitting very seriously. Our cat is difficult, and that's being modest. Kathleen brings over all sorts of toys and tricks to make the visit as successful as possible. Despite Maddy not warming up, Kathleen is always positive and I never have to worry when we're away. That is invaluable!”

“I asked Liana to pet sit for my kitty doing drop-in visits. My Nugget was fed, her litter box was clean and I can see that she gave my sweet kitty lots of love. Liana was clean and treated my home with respect.”

“Olivia was absolutely wonderful with our pets again. She sent adorable pictures and was attentive to our pets. She even cleaned up their unexpected messes. Thank you, Olivia!!”

About: I’ve have had a large high energy dog for 11 years, and have lived with a small-medium sized dog for about five and a half years. I’m available for drops ins and walks Monday’s ands Tuesday’s in between the hours of 8AM and 1PM and Wednesday thru Friday from 3 PM to 7PM. I’m typically free Saturday’s and Sunday’s all day. I have a fenced backyard and side yard with adequate space to run around and play with your doggo. I’m mindful that the pavement can be extremely hot, as an alternative to walking, I can exercise your pet in the backyard.

About: My family has a sweet corgy boy who I have lots of experience with and I’ve always helped friends and family out with their dogs and cats while they’re away. I have two cats of my own and I know how hard it can be to leave those fur babies at home. I can be there to give them love and attention just the way you might :) I’m a teacher currently on summer break spending time with my 1 year old. I’m happy to do drop ins whenever needed morning and night are easiest for me. When I come over I’ll greet your pet and give them pets and cuddles (if they want it), feed them and play with them as they’re comfortable!

“Ashley provided great updates of my three cats while I was out of town. They seemed to have a great time with her and it helped knowing that they were in good hands while I was away.”

“Teresa is the best cat sitter we ever had. She took so much care of my cat and gave him daily medication. Our shy cat started trusting Teresa. We are so happy Teresa was able to take care of my cat and the house. The house was in the same condition or better than when we left.”

“We are beyond happy with Anke’s care for our two cats! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, sending us regular updates with pictures. This made us feel comfortable and at ease while we were on vacation. It is clear that she has a genuine love for cats and spent lots of time playing with them. Anke is kind, reliable, and followed all of our instructions perfectly. We couldn’t ask for a better sitter and will definitely reach out to her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Christine was awesome! Last week was the first time she worked for us as our cat sitter. Our cat is old, on twice-a-day medication, and also just came out of surgery a few days before and was wearing a onesie which prevents him from licking the suture. I only had time to leave Christine written instructions on post surgery care, which requires checking on the suture twice a day, and grooming without messing the surgery area. Christine took on this rather complicated challenge without complaint. During my trip, I received her timely and detailed visit summary. She also went above and beyond - our cat peed on the onesie one day and Christine spent extra time to wash and dry the onesie before putting it back on. She also made sure that our cat was not licking the suture while the onesie was getting dried. She is patient, caring, and considerate. We came back home yesterday and our cat is healthy, happy, and recovering well. Thank you Christine!”
