About: Hi, I’m Paulina! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, with hands-on pet care experience dating back to when I was in middle school. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of pets, including guinea pigs, dwarf hamsters, mice, turtles, freshwater fish, a cornsnake, a bearded dragon, and of course, cats and dogs! Yun-an (Elva) is really the best sitter we know and is our savior! We had originally planned to have her drop by only a few times when we were away but the night before our trip (literally while I was packing), one of our cats had an emergency. The doctor subscribed him medication to be taken twice a day. I was ready to cancel the trip if I couldn’t find someone to take care of him. Luckily, not only did Elva agree last minute to come two times a day, but she really went above and beyond the expectations during her visits. She is extremely detailed oriented and kept me updated about everything. Our cat is really but Elva did a great job of making him feel comfortable and making sure that he ate before giving him the medicine. Her rover cards had dozens of photos and long descriptions of what each of my fur babies did during her visits. She is such a patient and loving care taker, and I can tell both of my cats trust her. Having Elva come by made me feel at ease during my trip, because I know there is someone who would take very good care of my cats. I feel so, so lucky to have found her. Highly highly recommended!
Olivia was wonderful! My cats liked her immediately and she was very sweet with them. Jeanne was on time the two mornings to feed our feral cats which are three to four of them, though these cats she will not see since they hide until she leaves our front yard.
