About: I used to volunteer at the San Jose Animal Center and the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley I worked at an animal hospital for a year as a veterinary assistant I trained my one-year-old kitten to wait, sit, shake, turn around, and high-five, as well as my friend's puppy. I just graduated from college and moved back home during my gap year before I start veterinary school. I have time every day to pet sit. I have a large backyard that dogs can play in and an area for a crate if needed. I will make sure that your pet feels safe and loved at either my house or yours. I will follow the instructions left for me very carefully. Your pet will get lots of snuggles and playtime. I plan to give them the best care possible while respecting their boundaries.

“Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”

About: I've had three dogs in my life. I have some training experience with them and have cared for many of my friends' and acquaintances' pets. About: Hi, I’m Paulina! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, with hands-on pet care experience dating back to when I was in middle school. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of pets, including guinea pigs, dwarf hamsters, mice, turtles, freshwater fish, a cornsnake, a bearded dragon, and of course, cats and dogs! I have four cats of my own, so I’m very familiar with the responsibility and attention to detail that comes with caring for multiple pets and maintaining their individual routines. I’ve fostered two abandoned puppies, cared for them while they were looking for their next chapter, and helped find them loving homes. I also recently fostered a feral queen and her litter of 4 kittens that were just two weeks old (so tiny and cute!). I had them for about 6 weeks before they went off to their loving homes (yes, I was a foster fail and adopted one!). These experiences really reinforced how much I value giving animals patience, stability, and plenty of affection while they’re in my care. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and understand that every pet is different. Some need lots of playtime and attention, while others are shy, independent, or need a little extra patience to feel comfortable around someone new. I’m happy to meet pets where they are and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. I’m also very attentive to cleanliness, feeding schedules, fresh water, enrichment, and changes in behavior. I want you to feel confident that your pets aren’t just being checked on but they’re genuinely being cared for. I also completely understand the anxiety and concern when it comes to going on trips and leaving your fur babies at home, so I always send detailed updates with lots of pics. About: Hi! My name is Alexa, and I absolutely love animals! I have grown up around pets and currently have a cat and a German Shepherd of my own. I also previously had an English Mastiff, so I’m very comfortable caring for large dogs and understand the extra patience and attention they can sometimes need. I have experience dog walking for many different families, doing drop-in visits for both dogs and cats, and house sitting for dogs, cats, and even chickens! I love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. While I haven’t personally cared for every type of animal, I am responsible, trustworthy, and very willing to carefully follow any instructions you provide. About: Hi, I'm Arthur Jackson and can't wait to meet you and your companion. I am a Certified Dog Trainer with Animal Behavioral College and I have 2 dogs of my own, ages 7(German Shepherd) and 2(Mini Aussie Border Collie) which I have both raised from puppies. Currently I am only offering walks to clients in a five mile radius to where I live and I am available from 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday. I take pride in all my work and since I am offering a service I want to do it to the best of my ability always improving. Hope to see you soon. I'm currently working as a martial arts instructor and have recently been certified as a dog trainer. As I teach martial arts in the late afternoon to night, I am available 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday for dog walking or sitting. Weekends are a more flexible schedule for me if you are looking for a later time dog sitter or walker. I currently do not offer dog sitting in my home. If you would like pet sitting, I do offer in client's home pet sitting and will abide by your rules and regulations and give your dog the care and attention he or she needs. Best house sitting days are Saturday/Sunday.
