About: I've been privileged to have dogs in my life for nearly 2 decades and have trained and cared for many dogs in that time (my own, relatives' dogs, and friends'). I'm aware that it can be difficult leaving your dog behind while you leave town. Thus, I am dedicated to ensuring your peace of mind by giving your dog the love and attention that they deserve while you're away. More about me: I am a recent graduate student living in the South Bay Area. I have one 11 year old malti-poo that is very well trained and gets along well with other dogs. I will treat your dog like my own and make sure they enjoy their time here too! ***Please note*** For safety reasons, I ask that you only book with me if you're comfortable meeting me at outside my apartment building. I'm more than happy to show you around via Facetime and/or at a local park but will not be disclosing my unit number. Additionally, at this time I am unable to book with pets that are not potty trained/trained overall and high-energy pets. Thank you! My schedule varies but I am rarely gone for more than 2-3 hours at a time. I have no trouble walking your dog throughout the day. I'm home most of the time on weekends (aside from groceries & quick exercise classes). I live in a large apartment complex with two dog park. My unit is overall a quiet area with not very much foot traffic. My priority is making sure your dog is comfortable and safe during their stay.

About: I have never personally owned a cat, but i loved watching my friends cats when it was needed or my neighbors cats! I feel as though me and cats have a special bond, because you can’t force a cat to love you which is why i am patient and accepting of the animal rather than trying to be obsessive and upsetting the cat. With that being said when i was cat sitting, i would typically try to make them stay active by playing with them or taking them on walks. I also had to give the cats medicine by putting an ointment in their ear or smashing it up in their food. I am a college student, with a very flexible schedule unavailable on mondays and wednesdays but free after 1 pm on tuesday’s and thursdays and friday’s and weekends are completely free! Obviously keeping an eye on the dog is very important, but also remembering to take them outside to use the bathroom frequently. To keep them active i would take them on nice walks outside or i would play with them with their toys that they have already.

I am a Certified Dog Trainer with Animal Behavioral College and I have 2 dogs of my own, ages 7(German Shepherd) and 2(Mini Aussie Border Collie) which I have both raised from puppies. He handled our goofy husky like a pro, and even gave attention to our cats, which wasn't part of the job at all. He's also incredibly responsive and consistently goes above and beyond — taking Oreo on longer walks and spending extra time with him. David was an absolute godsend while we were out of town for an extended trip. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
