Natasha was very communicative and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Hank, with her. She watched Hank during the day for a few days while I was on vacation and my sister was at work. I had to switch up my plans only a week prior to leaving and I was stressed about finding someone. Not only was she able to fit Hank into her schedule but she made time to meet with both me and Hank, at short notice, to ensure everyone was comfortable with the arrangement. Her yard is so peaceful and beautiful and she gave Hank time to explore and settle before interacting with him. She spent a good amount of time with me, which put me at ease. Being a bit of a helicopter parent I truly appreciated it. She also sent a bunch of cute photos and my sister said Hank was tired out at the end of the day. I am truly happy I found her on Rover and will continue to work with her. I highly recommend her.
I booked Norelvis for the first time for 8 hours of daycare and was very happy my two Cavapoos seemed well taken care of. Her home and yard appear tidy and very dog-friendly. She sent a couple of photos during their stay. It was a comfort to know they were doing fine especially because one of my dogs can be a little nervous in new environments. Eris was amazing, kind, and patient! Misty is a shy girl and it was her first time at daycare in a long time. Eris sent so many photos and videos of Misty, and you can tell she really cared about Misty. I would bring Misty back for daycare without hesitation! Megha and Avi’s family took wonderful care of Daisy yesterday! They were patient and respectful of Daisy’s nervousness around other dogs by keeping their dog Barfi near them while giving Daisy time to explore. And true to what they said, Barfi is so sweet natured and goood! He and Daisy had a peaceful day together, Barfi taking the cue that it was enough for Daisy to share the space but not ready to play together. I got so many pictures - Megha is an amazing photographer! - that I was truly put at ease throughout the day. Looks like Daisy got lots of kind attention because she was smiling in several of the pictures and came home in such a happy mood! Communication & Scheduling:100% responsive and clear. Communication was great, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Sandra was absolutely great. She was able to take a last-minute booking and was able to accommodate Teddy even an hour later than I originally expected to be. She was a great communicator always responding very quickly and Teddy had a great time over there. Teddy immediately felt comfortable and he went for a great walk.
