I have had animals since I was a child. I am most recently a "dog person" for the last 14 years. In that time I have had 4 dogs: Zelda (a large greyhound) and Fiona (Chihuahua mix), both of whom have crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently, I have two dogs, Monty another Chihuahua mix, and Curie a (mostly) greyhound. I have experience giving dogs medicine, as the greyhound needed daily thyroid pills.

Safety, trust & environment
I am a careful and cautious dog walker. I prefer to use a harness or martingale collar, and I do not use retractable leashes, as they do not offer enough control. And I always clean up after my dog.

Rachel did a great job taking care of our 2 cats! We had a last-minute trip come up, and she was quick to agree to watch them. One of our cats needs insulin shots twice a day, and she was comfortable giving them to him. We felt completely comfortable leaving the cats in her care and would definitely have her watch them again!
Rachel was fantastic with our two boys! I sent her a last-minute request after some trouble organizing care for our dogs - she was quick to respond, worked with me to set up a meet-and-greet efficiently, and visited our dogs twice daily while we were way for walks and meals. She sent us photos every day, she was very responsive, and kept us informed with how the pups were doing. I would absolutely book with her again!

Easy to communicate with, fast respond time, follow instructions, detailed updates, and great photo cards. Having Rachel check-in on our cats while we were on a trip was a peace of mind. Highly recommended and would rebook.
Rachel was great caring for Remy while I was on vacation. I appreciated the daily communication and pics which comforted me and gave me confidence Remy was in good hands. Remy was happy in Rachel’s care.

Schedule
Both my kids are school age, which leaves me free from about 8:30 to 1:30 during the week. I am available to walk or come play with your pets and let them out.
