“Rachel is sooooo understanding and patient with our very cautious and overly protective shepherd. She is attuned to his moods and cues, and always succeeds in getting him out for his scheduled walk, along with his sister. Yay for Rachel!”

“Darnelle helped me out last minute ! She was quick and responsive. She send lots of pictures with makes me feel good and my dog is always in good spirits when she comes around”

“Yvette was the best sitter especially for me as a first time user of this app. She was amazing with Nazook, reliable and trustworthy. She shared great photos and videos of our bud enjoying life. Totally recommend to anyone looking through the app!”

“A True Dog Professional - Highly Recommended! Whinde is simply amazing as a human, and more importantly, she is an incredibly skilled professional who deeply understands dogs and their specific needs, especially for medium/large sizes. We reached out to her with very short notice, and she was able to accommodate a meet-and-greet on the same day. She knew exactly how to approach our Labrador who is shy with strangers, putting him (and us!) immediately at ease. Her communication, engagement, and timing are excellent—I feel totally confident and know I can trust her with my fur baby. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and I'm already becoming a repeat customer.”

“Terry was wonderful with my two little pups!! She took great care of my babies and took the most amazing pictures! She even sent me a video. My pups love her, and I will definitely be hiring Terry again.”

“I needed a last minute walker before a trip and Cassidy was a blessing! One of my dogs is special needs so it’s difficult to find someone who is not only willing to help but who was also available on such short notice. Def gonna book again!”
About: I’ve spent years caring for cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities - from energetic puppies to gentle seniors who need a little extra attention. My experience includes daily walks, feeding, administering medication, basic training, and plenty of playtime and cuddles. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I take pride in adapting to their individual needs to keep them comfortable and happy! I live in a single family house (no stairs) with my two kids, 8 year old pup and husband. We have an enclosed backyard and live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I love taking my dog on walks through Vasona Park along the LG creek trail, or on special outings to John McLaren and Fort Funston (because she loves a great off leash adventure). My dog snuggles with us in bed at night or at the foot of the bed in her cozy setup. We have plenty of room for your dog to be near us (in or out of a crate) or in the living room - whatever your furry companion needs and prefers! I’m currently on a corporate power pause and excited to help families with their fur babies! My kids are in school so I have a flexible day time schedule to ensure lots of play time, walks and snuggles! I’ll work with you to make sure your pet is set up for success. I have a medium sized female dog named Logan (40lb shepherd mix, 8 years old) and two young kids. Your fur baby will get lots of love, care and outside play time!
About: Hey, welcome to my profile! I'm a trusted dog caretaker for friends and family in my circle. From fostering rescue dogs to staying with dogs at their house while their owners are on vacation, I have done it all. I am able to take dogs on walks, play, and cuddle them as needed, whether that be in the middle of the day while their humans are at work or over several days if they are on vacation. I have cared for puppies, anxious dogs, and confident pets, tailoring my care to their needs. I am experienced with puppies who need constant attention and special care. Because of my experience with puppies and young dogs, I am also able to help with training while you're away! I offer a kind, calm energy for your pup so they can feel safe while you are away. I'd be honored to take care of your dog for you! P.S. Hablo español! Many of the pets I have cared for only "speak" Spanish. I'm happy to communicate in Spanish with your pet! My schedule is currently very flexible. I can care for your pet during the week or on weekends. My only current constant commitment is school pickup from 3-4pm on weekdays. I am available for short check ins with your pet to longer stays. I always take the time to build trust with your pet if I am caring for them. I enter your home gently and give your pet time to get used to me if needed. I read all instructions carefully and communicate if I have questions. I also send pictures and videos so you can see how your pet is doing! I am not currently able to have your pet stay in my home but am happy to take care of them in yours.
About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs, growing up with one in my hometown. My experience expanded significantly during my time as an au pair in Germany, where I cared for Hannah, a beautiful Golden Retriever. Hannah was incredibly loving with her family but reactive around other dogs, she would bark and lunge toward them. Through that experience, I learned to read her body language, redirect her attention with treats and commands, and keep her calm during walks using positive reinforcement and quieter routes. Now, as a nursing student at De Anza College, I understand the importance of following detailed care instructions, maintaining routines, and monitoring for behavioral or health changes. Whether it’s an energetic pup needing stimulation or a senior dog needing gentler care, I always adapt to each dog’s unique needs. I’ll treat your furry family member with the same love and attention I give to my own Golden Retriever puppy, Sunny (almost 4 months old as of October 2025 — my little troublemaker and cuddle buddy!). ☀️🐶 My Current Availability: Monday: Fully available Tuesday & Thursday: Available mornings and early afternoons until around 3:00pm to 3:30pm Wednesday: Available after 3:00 PM Friday: Usually available all day Weekends: Available on some weekends (prefer to plan ahead of time) Advance notice: I prefer 1–2 days notice to make sure I can give your pet my full attention. I'm available for: Dog walking (30-60 minutes) Drop-in visits (30-45 minutes) House sitting (day visits only - no overnight stays currently) My goal is to provide reliable, consistent, and compassionate care while pursuing my passion for helping others, both human and furry! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. • I always keep dogs leashed unless we’re in a safe off-leash area you’ve approved. • I stick to safe, familiar routes you recommend. • I make sure your home stays secure during every visit. • I contact you right away if anything unusual happens. Having cared for pets as an au pair in Germany and Austria, I understand how important trust and communication are when caring for someone’s beloved family member. I treat every pet as if they were my own, and now that I have Sunny, my playful 4-month-old Golden Retriever, I understand even more what it means to keep a pet safe, healthy, and happy every single day.
“First time booking a dog walker and Russell was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time. He spent the first 5 minutes getting to know Bubba. I received my first video of the walk in the first 10 minutes. Followed by another video shortly thereafter and to top it off, an adorable selfie :) Bubba came home happy and I couldn't have been more pleased that we found a great dog walker for him. Will definitely be rebooking!”

About: I have been surrounded by animals at a very young age. They have ranged from newborns all the way to the end of their lifespan. I am veteran relocating and find connections more so with animals. They bring me joy and just as they need company, I find them companions. I consider pets family. Their wellbeing matters a lot to me. They are not as versatile as humans, but I will always lend a hand.
About: Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile! My name is Sora. I recently graduated from University of California - Irvine and since moved to NorCal for work and to hopefully pursue veterinary school. I'm also a proud cat-mom to the sweetest kitty in the world. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I couldn't imagine a life without them — that's why I went from pre-med to pre-vet after all! I'm incredibly passionate about dog training and helping them live their best lives. I had a labrador retriever, aka my heart-dog, Gazebo, that I trained for over a year and half in the hopes he'd be able to assist me as a multi-purpose service dog. Unfortunately, he was retired early but I learned so much from working with him. I trained him under the tutelage of several professional trainers, though I won't go so far as to claim I'm a professional myself in any way. Reactivity training is also something I'm passionate about. Whether it be fear based, excitement based, or something else altogether, I want to be able to help dogs live their best lives. If you have a training program that you'd like for me to follow during a walk or visit, please let me know! I'll always do my best to accommodate and work with you. Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come first though, and should I feel I'm unable to follow through, I will always let you know. I'm honored you're putting your trust in me and the least I can do is do my best in whatever I do for you and your pup. I currently work part-time but can easily fit in walks and drop-ins around my shifts! I travel via electric scooter so getting to your home won't be an issue for me. As I owner trained my service dog, I'm familiar with different training methods, such as LIMA and training tools. I have experience with e-collars, martingales, and prong collars, though I prefer to be R+ as much as possible. Aka, treats, praise, and so much love. I'd be more than happy to keep up any training while walking your dog, such as redirecting reactivity or carrying treats for walks! I have a kitty who screams for food twice a day, so I'm well used to the (insistent!) routine cats follow. I'm also used to pets needing space and not having attention 24/7, as well as having experience with crate training. I believe it's important for all pets to be able to settle at home without needing constant stimulation.

About: My family has been petsitting family and friend's dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I also grew up with a family dog and several cats, being the one who mostly trained the dog in performative tricks. This exposure lead me to have a great interest in learning dog and cat breeds, hereditary diseases, and behavior/body language. I have 5+ years in the animal industry from pet supply to medical care. I have experience in administering medications and subcutaneous fluids, simple grooming(nail trims and brushing), and some basic puppy training. I am available from 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm everyday for dog walking. I'm available all day, Tues-Thurs, Sat-Sun for drop ins and other services that I offer! Sadly, I do have the space to house your pet at my place, but I will be able to complete any provided services at your own!
“We were in San Jose for a wedding and needed dog walking and feeding for our little guy. Alyssa was great! We gave her our code to the AirBnB where we were staying and she walked Minnow twice both days of celebrations. Alyssa followed my instructions and Minnow was well taken care of. Definitely will hire her again when we are in town!”

“Very thorough in asking questions, reading prior rover sitter reviews to make sure she understood Lacy’s needs. And of course Lacy fell in love with Yumi right away! Very communicative, professional and on time. Did such a great job we hired her to dog sit!”

“Michele was great - she very professionally and thoughtfully managed our unruly dogs. She was reliable and followed through on all details and communication. She made it easy for us to be away. We didn't have to worrying about a thing. Our furry family members were in safe hands.”
