I have hands-on experience with dogs at every stage of life from energetic puppies who are still figuring out the world, to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I'm comfortable administering medications, so owners of older or special-needs dogs can leave with real peace of mind.

When I care for a dog in their own home, my goal is simple — keep everything as normal as possible so they barely notice their owner is gone. I follow the routine the owner already has in place: same feeding times, same walking schedule, same house rules. For senior dogs especially, that consistency makes a real difference in keeping them calm and comfortable. For puppies, I stay attentive and keep a close eye to make sure they're safe and not getting into anything they shouldn't. I treat every client's home with care and respect, and owners can count on regular updates and photos throughout the day so they always know their dog is in good hands

Emily is super friendly and did a wonderful job housesitting and taking care of our Dutch Shepherd Yaya who likes to go on long walks. She sent us several pictures of Yaya each day. The next time we travel, we will definitely look to see if Emily is available for a return engagement!
Emily was really helpful and communicative house sitter. We received regular photo updates that put our minds at ease since we were out of country. Schedule
Dog care is woven into my day from start to finish. Mornings start with a walk, which sets a calm, positive tone for the whole day. I check in at midday to make sure every pup is comfortable and getting attention, and afternoons are reserved for playtime and activity. As the day winds down, I shift into a quieter evening routine to help dogs feel settled and secure before bed. When needed, I stay overnight so there's always a familiar face nearby. Because I work a flexible schedule, I'm not rushing between commitments. Dogs in my care get genuine, unhurried attention throughout the day, not just the leftover parts of it.
